Wife got served a rancid filet, server was ok, hostess could care less. They charge nearly fine-dining prices for soup kitchen product. Used to be a must-go restaurant, now a no-go.

Rude wait staff; food was too salty to eat.

Not sure what all the buzz is about. Their ribeye was subpar, very chewy, and doesn't come with any special seasoning. For $38, you're better off buying your own meat and marinade and making something much better.

Waited 90 minutes for a table after being told 20-30 min wait. Won't be back.

Food is good for a quality steak. They might have been short staffed but we seemed rushed by the server and she seemed frazzled. But it was a nice meal. And she was nice.

My wife and I were looking for something off the beaten path and ran across Hermitage. Fantastic food and service, the owners were on hand and greeted us personally. Highly recommend.

I’ve lived in the Hermitage area since 2018 and I’ve never been to Hermitage Steak House. My first time dining there and the food was great, the salad bar was very fresh and the wine was amazing. Staff was nice and super helpful. Our waiter was amazing as well. Hermitage Steak House will definitely get a return visit from me.

New Yorker here that was use to some fantastic steak houses. Hermitage steak House comes very close with the great bar and salad bar. What was different and I found disappointing was the out dating dinning room, no table cloths and no warm bread basket. These changes would really make a difference. The service is great and food is fantastic! we will continue to come because you are the only not chain steak house in Hemitage. As a matter of fact we are coming tomorrow for my Birthday dinner!

Consistently wonderful. Wonderful steaks and salad bar, but look beyond. Don’t miss the Potatoes Mexicana. At brunch try the Papa’s Favorite. The Creme Brulet is not to missed. Wine selection, including Prosecco is modest, but pleasing_ The service is efficient, polite, and personable. Lisa runs a wonderful experience.

The food is superb! Nothing like finding a gem close by! The steaks... bang for the buck ! This place is far better than Jimmy Kelly's - Stoney River - Flemings!

Our gang of four enjoyed our steak dinner. Friendly, attentive service. Steaks come with a single choice of side, salad bar, and bread if you ask for it. Salad bars take a lot of attention and was kept clean. We chose a Ribeye and Filet Mignon cooked to our order medium-rare with fully loaded baked potato. Seating was mostly couples and tables of four. Larger groups were in another room. Full bar. Private parking lot. Open for dinner Tues-Sunday, lunch Tues-Fri, and brunch only on Sunday. Convenient from BNA airport and The Hermitage Overall good value for a steak dinner. The steak was of very good quality and taste. Reservation is essential. Two Small Gripes: * The baked potato had the consistency of a steamed baked potato * Bread was soft like you get at a wedding at a Holiday Inn.
