Want to start by saying the food is great. No complaints there. My gripe is the patio. Brought our dog to enjoy the weather and the ground and tables were filthy. It’s self service, they bring your food out, but that’s it. You throw away your trash and put up your trays and this led to an accumulation of sticky and dirty tables and ground. Gave my dog a bath immediately when we got home. It’s a shame because the food was great.
EDIT in response to owner’s comment: We ate here early in the day around 12 when there was no bad weather anywhere near the area. The entire patio was full of patrons. That obviously wouldn’t have been the case with bad weather lol. Take ownership of your dirty patio area and based on the lack of accountability in your comment I am lowering my rating to one star.

Absolutely the best place to eat! Staff is over the top manager Chad was so sweet to my family. We brought my parents in after my mom had a chemo treatment and it was also my dad’s bday. He made sure to stop by several times and made both of their days better just by being so nice. I highly recommend this place. The food is amazing as well!!! Our favorite place to eat!!!

Some friends were in town getting their shoot on at Royal Range and wanted to get grub after so we went here.
It's in a large mall with a ton of restaurants. It's a modern industrial space that smelled great when we walked in.
Counter service, number system for delivery of your food. I got smoked wings that were good but not super smoky. The Alabana White Sauce was good but didn't wow me.
The Brisket Queso my buddy got was Dynamite.
We asked for to go containers and had to get our own when they were never brought to us.
Here's the Breakdown:
Decent Food +1 star; clean and bright +1 star; great smoky smell +1 star; killer furniture (weird, I know, but there were the larger guys at the table) +1 star.
I'd go back.

There is so much better bbq pretty much everywhere. HF used to be decent, but the only thing wort eating there the last time I went was the Parmesan green beans. I had the pulled pork, which was on the drier side and only had the slightest hint of smoked flavor. The syrupy sauce on the table is gross and further ruined the pork. The spicy sauce that you can ask for is marginally better and I used the Tabasco sauce to cut the sugary sweetness.

Honey Fire BBQ in Nashville has a disappointing overall dining experience. The ambiance is quite boring, with a lackluster decor that fails to create an engaging atmosphere. The service is also quite slow, with long wait times for food and drinks.
The food itself is decent in quality, but often arrives cold. The barbecue offerings have good flavor, but the temperature issues detract from the experience. It's surprising that this restaurant has received strong reviews, as the slow service and subpar food presentation do not live up to expectations for a highly rated BBQ spot.
Overall, I would not recommend Honey Fire BBQ based on slow service, and food temperature issues observed during my visit.
There are better barbecue options available in the Nashville area.

HoneyFire is my go-to barbeque for dine-in and carry-out. The service and food are consistent and exceptional. The pulled pork, pork sandwich, brisket, and smash burgers have all been excellent, along with the sides. Staff is friendly and attentive, even during busier times.
The only thing missing is a staple bread to go with the plates. Many establishments have a signature cornbread or roll that accompanies the plates, but here only a slice of white bread is offered. Just a small observation that certainly does not detract from the overall five star experiences!
Splendidly delicious pulled-pork sandwich, with a gently sweet sauce (that left me wanting more) complemented by a well made cole slaw right on the sandwich. Portions feel perfectly allotted.

Best barbecue I’ve ever had since I left Houston. Everyone tried to get us to other places on the strip, but I doubt they could ever beat this place. It was simply amazing Natalie and Jonathan a five star service highly recommend …anytime I’m in Nashville this is where we eat .. we’ve been here two days in a row so far. Excellent brisket and the bourbon beans are off the chart! Queso , salads all winners!!!!!!
LOVE Natalie and Johnathan are amazing . Sweethearts !! Food is beyond amazing and melt in your mouth ! We came from Rhode Island and I’d come back here everyday if I could. Highly recommend!!
