Very good but not quite world class bbq. The brisket was slightly dry and you only get one slice, and the pulled pork was pretty good, decent flavor and tenderness. The coleslaw was nothing special, but the queso mac & cheese was the highlight of the meal! The sauce was so thick and gooey it stuck perfectly to the nicely cooked (not mushy) spirals and was just awesome! I would return just for a big bowl of the mac!Reply to owner: I didn’t use the word “love” one time in my review. A 4 star review is technically still quite good. If you want that 5th star, make your brisket juicier next time I visit, and avoid using guilt to try to make me rescore your restaurant; my job is to provide honest reviews, not exist as free advertising for your business.

We ate and sat at the bar. Mike L. was our server. He was awesome. The drinks he made and the conversation we had made the visit awesome, we will return and hopefully Mike L. will still be behind the bar. If not we hope his business venture is 100% successful.

1. Get the PB ‘Nana Pudding! You’ll thank me later! 2. The meats were so moist and tender! We tried the pulled pork, brisket, smoked sausage (so yummy!) and bbq ribs. 3. The bbq sauce was disappointing. Not spicy enough. A little too sweet. And only 1 option available. But still a great experience for road weary travelers looking for good food at a great price in a laid back, pleasant atmosphere. ☺️

First visit won't be the last. Took some people for lunch and everyone really enjoyed it. Our group tried various meats, all good. The baked beans and corn souffle were excellent, creative sides you don't see at other BBQ places. Super clean. And the full bar will be part of our next dinner visit, for sure. Was really glad to be there when Burnt Ends were available!

This spot is perfect to get your BBQ fix! We have lunch with my Dad weekly and this is now our go to spot. I’ve have enjoyed everything I have tried here and that includes the brisket, pulled pork pork and turkey. All of the sides are delicious but I particularly enjoyed the bourbon baked beans and corn pudding. And don’t forget dessert. Snag a PB’ Nana Pudding. Totally worth it. Shout out to Rob for turning us onto this spot!

The food was okay. Not much smoke in the smoked turkey and the burnt ends were dry with no sauce and lots of pepper. Only having one sauce to choose from was disappointing.

Ordered a take-out of wings and sides. Was given a big bag in a timely manner. When I arrived home, I put it in the refrigerator. At dinner time, I opened the bag—-no chicken. Upon going back, after numerous calls that were not answered, the young lady said “oh, it’s in the heater” and brought to me. The chicken tasted like it had been in the heater for half a day. My loss and my dogs gain…they loved it.Parking: Convenient

Delicious baby back rib egg rolls. Service from greeting to being tended was mediocre other than the gal who brought the food out - she was very friendly and gave us honey dipping options. Wine was warm. Location is great.

We tried the Ranch Hand & the Pulled Pork sandwiches... Both incredibly delicious! So much flavor in each bite, from the beautifully seasoned meat to the soft buttery buns. Also a plus - glass bottle sodas & great music selection. Would've added pictures, but we were too excited to dig in!

Let’s be real about Honeyfire BBQ. I will be singing their praises to anyone who will listen. The dry rub ribs and the wings with the honey hot dry rub was PHENOMENAL! My husband and I split these dishes and I haven’t stopped thinking or talking about them for over 24 hours! I loved the sides I got (white queso Mac n cheese and cinnamon apples) and ate every single bite. Everything was delicious and the staff was wonderful as we had a larger party and I really appreciated how accommodating they were. So thank you so much to your team for everything! The only thing I would ask is if you could place a location in Murfreesboro so I could go more often!!! But since opening new locations is difficult, I will gladly make a trip to Nashville or Bellevue! :)

I've hit roughly 30 different BBQ joints in middle TN and this is EASILY in the top 5.Southern Shine pork sandwich was incredible. Portions of meat were generous and the fixings delicious. The fatty brisket rivals some of the best you could get in Texas. If I had to find fault in anything- the lean cut of brisket had bark that cooked a touch too long.Sides were excellent; their beans are this perfect melody of sweet and spicy, and their Mac n cheese somehow made the hatch chiles smooth and rich.I'm recommending to anyone that will listen.

EDITED:On Super Bowl Sunday, HoneyFire ran out of ribs(honestly, now I can see why, they're amazing). At the time, my order was unable to be fulfilled, and Chad the GM refunded our bill, hooked us up with brisket, and invited me back another day to try the ribs for free. Even when HoneyFire messes up, they deliver! The food is great, easily some of the best BBQ in Nashville. The appetizers and sides are sneaky good too, I just never have room for them. All in all, HoneyFire might be the best restaurant in Bellevue.
