Absolutely the best place to eat! Staff is over the top manager Chad was so sweet to my family. We brought my parents in after my mom had a chemo treatment and it was also my dad’s bday. He made sure to stop by several times and made both of their days better just by being so nice. I highly recommend this place. The food is amazing as well!!! Our favorite place to eat!!!
Splendidly delicious pulled-pork sandwich, with a gently sweet sauce (that left me wanting more) complemented by a well made cole slaw right on the sandwich. Portions feel perfectly allotted.
Friendly service and great food. I was so eager to eat I forgot to take photos of the baby back egg rolls, which was as delicious as everything that's shown in the photos. My baby bro invited me to his neck of the woods, so I'm not sure about the price because he insisted on paying for it, and I loved spending time with my family at HoneyFire. Thanks again, family. I enjoyed every moment. ??❤️

i work in 5+B and didn’t want the food at work today so i figured i’d go here since i’ve been to the original location dozens of times. man this was a huge letdown. the staff wasn’t friendly, they don’t serve flat fries at this location which are my favorite, they don’t have any mayo which i love putting on my pulled pork sandwich, they don’t give building discounts like other places, and the icing on the cake there was a huge hunk of pulled pork that was so dry it was almost jerky. really bummed out my lunch break, i knew i should’ve gone to cava
Mac and cheese was cold. Brisket was ok, it was cold. Bread was rock hard. Cole slaw tasted a little old.

What a waste and this place needs entire new crew that can do basic duties. I and my sister where in the empty line. She ordered, paid, got her food and then started helping the person after me. So skipped me fully then after they saw me waiting told me I would have to get back into the end of the line that was no longer empty. Absolutely not, I left and ordered nothing and would rather starve.
My sister ordered the brisket sandwiche and Mac n cheese. The sandwiche she did not care for at all. However the Mac n cheese said it was just "okay" nothing to complain about.

Good BBQ but it was in a very busy food court on Broadway so be prepared to wait a little. Happy with the brisket.
Edit. To earn another star your staff needs to engage with the customer, it felt cafeteria like, get in get out. How about samples to try first?

Had the Alabama Slammer sandwich with coleslaw and husband got the brisket sandwich with corn pudding. Everything we had was served hot (well, not the coleslaw ?) and was delicious. The pulled chicken and chopped brisket were both moist and full of flavor. A new favorite at Assembly!
Ordered the smoked chicken and it was chopped up and nothing like I expected smoked chicken to be prepared. It was dry and had unexpected bones in it. The service was terrible as well, we felt like we were an inconvenience instead of appreciated. Our table and chairs were dirty and when we had to ask 2x for someone to clean and the wipe down was done so effortlessly. Do not recommend spending your money here.

Not sure this place will stick around for long. The bbq was just eh. No real flavor. And the Mac & cheese was ice cold. Service took entirely too long to get cold

The brisket is delicious. We enjoyed the nachos with brisket and the sandwich. We did not enjoy the sides: The beans or Mac&chz. The baked apples where pretty good.

Honeyfire is a misfire. Avoid the brisket, portion sizes are small but that's probably because it's dry as a bone. The corn casserole and beans were decent but they can't make up for a disappointing main course. The brisket should have been pulled from the menu rather than serving it.

Was expecting alot more from this place but it wasn't terrible either. I had the bbq plate with pulled pork. Serving size was good but the pork itself was dry. The sauce they put on it was good as well as the seasoning but the pork was not worth it in my opinion. Sides were actually alright, I had the Mac and cheese as well as the banana pudding. Only side I didn't like, I even returned it, was the coleslaw. It's not really worth the $55 we paid (partner had the pulled pork sandwhich) but it's ok if your around the area and want to try different entrees.

Grabbed HoneyFire BBQ for dinner while at Assembly Food Hall in Nashville. The Food Hall has a number of different counter service restaurants available and being it was our first night in Nashville BBQ definitely seemed to be in order.
My oldest daughter went for the nachos which were piled high with pulled pork, queso and BBQ sauce. The nachos were enough to feed a small army and were a great purchase. You could also have beens added to the nachos but she opted to go without the beans though if I was to get them again I'd certainly indulge for the full experience.
The pulled pork sandwich that I went with was good but seeing the amount of pork given on the nachos made me feel like the sandwich was a bit skimpy. The sandwich was supposed to be served with cole slaw on it but it was left off causing me to ask the cashier ringing me in to inquire if it could be added on. They did indeed fix the error and I'm glad they did as the cole slaw added nicely to the sandwich. For my side I went with the parmesean green beans that were packed with flavor but a bit beyond smushy.
HoneyFire BBQ was a nice option and in the food hall was a solid performer.
