Interesting experience again. I’m glad I was full of patience today when it took 10 minutes for the manager to show up behind the bar. She did not seem to have any experience with the system or bartender training. Each time she poured a beer she would walk away and let it sit for minutes before remembering that I had already ordered a drink. A bartender showed up during my 2nd beer and I was planning on staying for the end of the afternoon NFL games. Instead of transferring the tab to the bartender that showed up to fill in for the sick bartender she asked if I needed anything else before closing out. I asked for one more. She walked away but rang in the beer and dropped the ticket. I had to ask the new bartender if I can get the beer before closing my ticket and the manager said he already paid for one more. 30 mins later the bartender starts crying and has to be picked up off the ground by another employee. No manager to help address any problem or service customers. Thankfully I was already closed out at this point, so I left but I was curious to see how the rest of the night would go on with the amount of dysfunction behind the bar due to staffing and the management not having a clue in how to make drinks and ring in orders. I’ll be back but after working in a restaurant, I know it’s tough at times but some simple steps in service can go a long way for the customer experience. I would think a manger would be briefed on some policies before being the MOD.

I am Venezuelan and I live near this place and I always go with my partner who is originally from this country and we always spend good money on food, drinks and I always demand that my partner give the highest percentage in tips. Because the food is delicious, but on Friday I was disappointed. I arrived alone to order my favorite dishes and spent an hour at the table and no one attended to me. I repeatedly called the girls and they ignored me. That disappointed me so much, I felt very humiliated, they ignored me at all times. Being good customers. In short, I think they ignored me because I wasn't with my gringo partner. Disappointment

Service was terrible. My waitress was talking while my food was in the window getting cold. She even brought the drinks while my food was just sitting there. This is the first time it's been this bad. It's sad because I like hooters

Had chips & queso, wings, fries, celery with ranch, and Corona. Wife had fish tacos. Food overall great. Some celery not cleaned well with specs of dirt. Store not in great area of town.

Arrived at 11:25pm. Was seated then a few minutes later the waitress returned to tell me the kitchen was closed. Time on the door said open until midnight. That means service until midnight. People are lazy these days.
