Haven't been to Hooters in a long time. So I met a work colleague for lunch. In my opinion, the food isn't as good as it used to be, We both had the chicken sandwich with curly fries, even my colleague said the food was like he remembered.

The outside rug was wadded up in a corner of the porch with some trash. Not a single changing station in sight. Our service was terrible. The waitress never offered refills the entire time we were there, we had to ask. When I ordered a second drink, it took over 30 minutes to get it. Our food was good, and they fixed the meal they messed up. But the service was absolutely terrible.

There’s 4 waitresses and only 3 tables full at 9 PM, for this location having the “pageant winners” and great service, this is rediculous. I've gone here a few times in the past and enjoyed it, but this location has gone downhill.Pros:-Waitress was awesome and considerate. All of the staff was very kind.- Fried pickles were great, rest of the food okay.Cons- Dirty, disgusting tables and chairs.- Insane wait time. We sat for 20 minutes before someone realized we didn't have anyone waiting on our table. Then drinks took another 20 minutes...- Drinks were... not great. Liquor seemed cheap, first Corona they forgot the lime after taking forever.-Appetizer came out at the same time as the entree, and it took very long. I can be patient for great food or busy places, but this was not it. Not worth the price or the wait.- Their "Caribbean jerk" seasoning tastes like... nothing. It seemed like they hardly seasoned it at all.- However management has things set up here, it's wrong. It seemed completely chaotic and unorganized.Overall, 2.5/10. The hooters ladies deserve a better work environment. Not a good experience.

Absolutely awful, felt as if we needed to seat ourselves. Stood by the hostess table for 10 minutes and no one would seat us, even after requesting to be seated was told give me a minute and the girl did not do anything but go get on her phone. Looked forward to eating hooters all weekend when we left the convention we were at. Had a group of 10 that couldn’t wait to eat but were never seated. Such a shame.

Went there alone to watch the super bowl and had a few beers. Nice people and nothing to complain about. Prices normal like in any Hooters.
So I normally don’t bash places I just don’t, but this is my second time trying this Hooters. I tend to give a freebie for a bad experience because everyone has bad days. I had to wait over 30 mins during a not busy time frame, there was no lunch rush, for someone to even ask me what I wanted to drink, let alone what I wanted to order. I frequently visit the Murfreesboro and Hermitage restaurants and they usually tend to do a pretty good job, not this one. Second time, second experience was exactly the same. Bad.i normally leave a $40.00 tip because the waitress usually takes such good care of me but not here she got $4.09 just so I could round it up to $20.00

We brought my son here for his 12th birthday. Service, cleanliness and staff are amazing! Our hostess and server Madelynn went above and beyond to make my little guy feel special for his big day! By far the best Hooters we've ever been to ❤️
