First time for dinning inside and it was a great experience. I had the chicken strip salad and fried pickles. I chose Daytona Sauce for the chicken and blue cheese dressing on the salad. It was a delicious combination! ? The pickles are always fantastic!
The food was good. But it usually is at most Hooters. However, the service was horrible. My server (I think her name was Anna) kept sitting down at a table near the front and just hanging. She wasn't with a customer. She and the other girls were just there doing nothing. The other girls sat there a little bit, but not too much. My server was there almost 90% of the time I was there. I had to complain about her and to the manager. That helped a little, but not enough. I think I would have had a much better time if I had gotten any other server there. Anna (I think) is a pretty blonde girl. Try not to get her as a server if you eat here!

Please advise on why you'd have Anna working as a server on your staff? Clearly, she lacks interest, work ethic, and personality for this type of position. Her ATTITUDE & DISINTEREST tainted the entire dining experience.

Abby our waitress worker bee was very nice and professional! She did great job! The authentic wings (wet) were just as good as when my honey and I met for the first time at the location near I24 30yrs ago! Yeah Hooters has been around! I also tried the Cajun wings. They were tasty. Of course I could not resist the fried pickles! Yummy!

I recently visited Hooters Hermitage Nashville and, unfortunately, my experience was deeply disappointing. Here are the issues that led to my dissatisfaction:Beer Selection and Service: Two types of beer listed on the menu were unavailable, and the Guinness that was served was not poured correctly, detracting significantly from its quality.Lack of Knowledge and Engagement from Waitstaff: The waitstaff seemed unfamiliar with the beer list and did not offer the option of using a QR code for more information. Additionally, the service was cold and distant throughout our visit.Poor Service and Neglect in Duties: Our waitress failed to clear the dishes, did not offer water refills, and took an excessive amount of time to serve beers. There was no initiative to check if we wanted more food, drinks, or desserts. Furthermore, we were not greeted when we arrived nor bid farewell when we left, and there was a noticeable lack of warmth or smiles.Inattentiveness and Unprofessional Behavior: We experienced an unacceptable wait to be seated. Our waitress was frequently distracted, spending considerable time on her phone and engaging in lengthy conversations with a colleague, neglecting her duties to us and other customers.These issues collectively marred our dining experience at Hooters Hermitage Nashville. I had hoped for a pleasant evening, but the service and attention to customer satisfaction were severely lacking. I believe that addressing these areas of concern is crucial for improving future customer experiences.

Always good food! If pretty young women offend you stay out but for the rest of us, we enjoy an atmosphere where people are living their best life today. Clean and friendly. The volume on the televisions was just right for the sports. Clean bathrooms!! The buffalo wings were perfect, the celery was fresh and the blue cheese dressing was of good quality. My server was pleasant and stopped by a few times to check in on me. Over a great experience and I'll return if I come back through town again. Thanks Guys!
