I have been to this place twice and both the service and the food were great!I have never tried their delivery which seems to be the ONLY issue anyone has ever mentioned being an issue and I can assure you the food is really good, the server we have was very patient and even made some recommendations on drinks and food (Both of which were spot on).The Beef Kebab and Chicken Kebab were really good, the beef was really tender.This is definitely a hidden gem worth checking out!

I wish I could give 0 stars. Absolutely aweful service. I ordered from Uber eats with a 20-40min expected delivery time and it took over two hours to have my food delivered. The people at the restaurant and the driver were difficult to contact and didn’t seem to care. Save yourself time and money and never order from here

I've ordered delivery from here three times on two different apps and on both they handle their own deliveries which is unfortunate, because you never get the food any sooner than two hours later, and they will mark your order as delivered so you have no idea if it's going to show up or not. Food is alright, but not worth the hassle.

While there are a lot of “Egyptian” places in town, this place has THE BEST authentic Egyptian food. We brought friends from out of town who were also amazed. Their Hawawshi was the best I’ve ever had and their kibda (liver) platter is better than my mom’s. Others got chicken and kofta which I tasted and was perfectly spiced and cooked.

We ordered food for four people through doordash. They do not give the option for "special instructions* on doordash and give no other option for adding sauces. I assumed that a Greek restaurant would include taziki sauce but I was wrong. Also we ordered a chicken salad and no dressing or option to select. Unacceptable and will not be ordering again. The food itself was just OK.

3 people in our home, on separate occasions, have all ordered delivery from here. All 3 times, they marked our orders as "complete/delivered" even though they never even prepared our orders. They didn't even notify any of us through the app that they didn't plan to. So basically they would have kept our money for orders we didn't receive, had we not all reached out to the delivery apps. We will never try ordering from here again.

The food is so good but if you need delivery, it will take forever! I recently ordered food to take with me to work. I waited over an hour…. tried to call the restaurant and couldn’t get through. Needless to say, I didn’t get my food and I wasn’t happy. If I could have talked to someone on the phone, maybe that would have made things better, but there was no communication at all.

It seem to me that the drive had not so much of positive attitude! You should never put someone food on the porch and just walk away, how would you feel if the role was reverse! Cook forgot something from my order when I call back they told me that they would refund my item that was missing because drives are backup with orders and traffic is heavy at this time of the day.

Just got a double cheeseburger and large fries delivered. This was absolutely the best burger and fries I've ever eaten. Not greasy at all and it was cooked perfectly. I loved that you can specify how you want it cooked, unlike some delivery places. I just can't say enough. This was my first experience ordering from them myself. I have had their gyros with someone else that ordered dinner and kept their brochure. I can't wait to try their desserts sometime! Delivery was fast!!! And the driver was a very sweet and courteous young man. Awesome experience today around 1:20. Delivery arrived earlier than expected!!! I will definitely order from them again. And I am looking forward to visiting the restaurant in person the next time! Great job!!! (PS...The food was still hot when it got here! Totally impressed with that.)

I have ordered food on uber eats , waited for 2 hours and it never arrived. Called the restaurant and the person on the phone never gave a proper response. My food never arrived and I called back for a refund and the person on the phone said they cannot give a refund. He also said I can leave a negative review on google and he doesn’t care !!Order at your own risk, your food will probably never arrive.

We ordered food that said 30 minutes ended up taking an hour and a half and the food tasted horrible. Had to call them to see where it was twice after they had said it was being sent out but wasn’t. They got the address wrong because they themselves deliver rather than DoorDash drivers. Worst food we had it was cold, and there was hair in it. They called our actual phone number which is a privacy issue and overall unprofessional. Very rude workers. Horus should be shut down. I would give 0 stars if I could.

The food was good, but the owner of the restaurant needs to get the contact for his business corrected with UberEats. I'm assuming the number I was connected to was a cell phone and he immediately hung up on me. This is the only number listed in the app. Luckily I found a different number for the restaurant on Google, but I can understand other customers frustration in the reviews. I shouldn't have to go on a search to get in contact with the business I just paid money to for an order. Also delivery took an hour and fifteen minutes when the estimated time in the app was originally 35 minutes. Overall, I might order again because the food was good, but hopefully the owner will get these issues worked out to give customers a better experience.

Strange place. Video display is broken.....food took a really long time. Barren and sparse room layout. Food was decent and the gyro meat was good, but not spectacular overall. Just a strange experience for us.

So I only went to the restaurant because I ordered on Doordarsh ( wingsplus) and two hours later for 20 wings it still hadn't come. I called the manager and after he hung up on me he stopped answering his phone . I arrived in person to see it was Horus restaurant...... it was confusing. I went inside and there was no one at the desk until I knocked on it when a lady came out like I had disrupted herShe got the manager he didn't let me speak, talked over me put his hand up to silence me when I tried to ask for a refund. He called the delivery guy that said he called me and delivered it now 3hrs later. I had no missed calls and showed him..He was rude, the restaurant wasn't clean and I told my sister not to eat it. All that time I ate there thinking it was wings plus. He didn't give me my refund so I had doordash do it. I'll literally never eat there again .
