This was actually a fantastic latté, and the chai latté (with oat milk) was actually very very good.The prices are not cheap though (about $7 USD per drink) but it's right in the head of everything so it's expected.The atmosphere isn't great, it's not warm, it's beaten up, paint is chipping, and the lighting was not warm it was stark feeling. But it more seems like the kind of place for someone to grab and go then it does to sit and be comfortable.
Our lattes were top-notch. The iced Orange Channel was delightful and refreshing, full of subtle flavors that all worked nicely in an iced latte. The coffee shop is attached to the church (physically, not sure about any other connections). The staff was very friendly and helpful. They brought our drinks to us, a small touch that I always appreciate. For a Saturday at 3pm, it was calm and quiet. My only complaint, the drinks were all $1 too expensive. I don't think a latte...
Spent an hour or so at this location. Had a conversation with a very friendly new friend. They helped me open my mind a little in a relaxed environment made for such discussions.

I met a large assortment of interesting people doing things and sharing their experience differently in harmony at the same place. I am learning how to interact with others in such locations under similar conditions to have difficult or easy conversations.
