Prices are ridiculous for what it is. Not worth my time or money. IHOP used to be the place to hang out after going out on the weekends and for breakfast anytime. Service was good and prices were reasonable. IHOP apparently thinks they are a top-tier or 5 star restaurant. NOT!!! (Old School remembers...LOL!)

Twice my family and I have gone here for breakfast and have had to leave after 45 minutes or more because we couldn’t get our order taken and then couldn’t get the food we ordered. There will not be a third chance. I love IHOP but I do not recommend the Charlotte Pile store In Nashville!

This is coming from someone with 10 years previous experience in the service/hospitality industry (3 years at an IHOP)... The food we received on a Friday afternoon was tasty, but everything else about the visit was disappointing. I was surprised, because from the outside, this particular IHOP looks nice. They might has well switch to takeout/delivery, with service this bad. It's like the server didn't even know the basics of waiting tables like bringing the appropriate condiments, checking in after our food was delivered, clearing empty plates, and god forbid, refills on the $3 drinks served in tiny glasses. We were seated by a table with dirty dishes and old food that looked to have been sitting there long before we ever arrived...just gross. The one who was supposed to be waiting on us was very busy looking at her phone and/or hiding in the back. I guess they're not actually working for tips anymore. The servers should be trying extra hard to please guests when prices have tripled the way they have in my opinion. People can't afford to go out to eat as much anymore. It's disappointing when you do get to go out for a bite, but the service is so bad that it makes you regret spending the money.

The food was excellent but our server lacked the experience of checking on the table to make sure we needed refills on drinks and napkins so basically the server sucked

What a horrible all around experience. Luckily there are other restaurants in the parking lot. We were at this location for about 50 min. We got our drinks, but they never asked if we wanted a refill. I was trying to find out server to ask, but I never saw her. There was no music or anything and I could hear them laughing in the kitchen so I know someone had to be there. I decided I would try to call and ask for a refill, but it only rang with no answer. My family decided to leave and try somewhere else without eating. They were relatively quick to bring the bill for the drinks at least. Went somewhere else had drinks and food on the table before we even got our greet there. I would recommend you do the same!

First our server Ruban was awesome!!! But......This place is absolutely disgusting. Employees dropping silverware on the floor picking it up and still wrapping it. All tables filled with old food and plates. Several employees hanging in the booths. Waited over a hour to get food after waiting 20 minutes to be seated. Absolutely ridiculous!!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME....DO NOT GO HERE!!

I recently visited the IHOP on Charlotte Pike, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The restaurant was practically empty, yet it still took 30 minutes to get our food. The service was incredibly slow and inattentive. I had to flag down the waitress just to get a refill and later to request our check. She never came back to check on us or see if we needed anything else. While the food was fine, the lack of basic customer service made for a frustrating visit. I wouldn’t recommend this location if you’re expecting prompt or attentive service.

Unfortunately this was one of the worst dining experiences I've had in a while. We were literally the only people in the restaurant, and waited nearly an hour for our food, only for my meal to be a different meal than I'd ordered, and so I waited another half hour for my meal, and it still came out different than what I'd ordered. Our server was extremely friendly, but I don’t think I'll ever eat here again.

I’m just say this one thing cause the whole experience was trash. But there was hair in my pancakes not just it fell out and was laying on top. No it was cooked inside the pancakes and a long strand of hair at that.
