This place is beyond unprofessional you can hear the conversations in the back all the way outfront. our server had a hat on and smelled like cigarettes and kept going outside to smoke as my husband went outside and saw her. Not once did she go to the bathroom to wash her hands but this was after we got our food.

They took an hour to deliver our food and when they did, it was cold. Although the waiters were nice their service was not the best. Also have a dirty environment, spend the entire time in the kitchen and do not clean the dirty tables around us. Also kept other customers waiting in the front while they took -and I kid you not- 30 in the back.

Food was cold orange juice was watered down .manager came and offered to re make it .she brought the to go box with the re made food and waited 10 plus minutes For receipt .had to get waitress attention for receipt who said she forgot about us .

A friend and I went after church. We sat in the lobby nearly 30 minutes and never got seated. I went twice and asked if anyone was assisting with seating customers and was told both times to hold on someone was coming. I even stood there and wrote the last names and the number of people in everyone's party on the sheet. A family that was seated in the dining area came out and they said service was horrible and they noticed the servers were unsanitary. That's when we said it's time to go...so we left.ABSOLUTELY WORSE VISIT!!!

My first visit to any IHOP. We were seated immediately and within minutes of ordering our food was served correct in order and temperature. The waitress made sure we had all we needed and stayed close in case we requested her attention. The food was great and average priced. I will definitely return whenever possible.
I went For Here for it to go order and when I got there, no one was at the Register they made me wait 20 minutes just for someone to come to the register and then 30 minutes to get my food and when I got my food they had my order wrong and they didn’t give me all of my change back

HORRIBLE experience. Dined in at the one at Nashville West in TN. Place was basically empty, but, had to wait at least 20 minutes to be seated, when requested to be seat at a table by the window, waitress was a bit hesitant. Pancakes were cold, bacon was extremely greasy, and ham was unplatable. Will not go back, 4th time going. 1st time was great. 3 STRIKES YOU'RE OUT.

If you have absolutely nothing to do and dont mind waiting for EVER this is great place to go. Where do I begin, the host had on a fitted cap with shades and timberland boots like he was at a fashion show instead of work.We literally waited about 15 minutes for anyone to greet us at our table, once she finally came she was very pleasant and sympathetic about the hold. The food took about another 10-15 mins to come but once its came it was on point definitely well cooked. So like I said if you have patience you this would be a great place but if your starving or in a rush you might as well drive to the next ihop or just go somewhere else in total
