The only issue was the heat was out but we were greeted at the door, not at the podium but the door, very pleasant woman, who also informed us of the heat issue so I could make a choice, even offered by the window since the sun was out. Our server was very chill and attentive to all of request, we had a few. Also, shoutout to whoever was cooking that morning cause the food was soooo goood, omelet was stacked and my waffle came out perfectly. Best experience I’ve had at a iHop in a min tbh 10/10

This place is close to the USCIS Biometrics Center in Nashville and is a great stop for a comforting meal. Whether you're craving fluffy pancakes, omelets, or a classic bacon-and-eggs combo, they’ve got you covered. It’s a convenient, cozy spot to grab a bite before or after your appointment.
The food was not great, but this was completely reconciled by the service we received from Brittany H. Even though the restaurant was severely understaffed, Brittany handled our order with grace and humor. Thank you for your hard work, it has not gone unnoticed. :)

Don’t waste your time. We waited over 20 minutes at the entrance and no one even came to seat us down. The people that were already seated, which were about six families total in the whole restaurant, three of them were waiting for their food the whole time we were waiting to be seated. Awful.

I regret to say that my visit to this IHOP was disappointing. I arrived with my service dog, who was clearly wearing a service vest, yet I was asked to provide a service dog ID. This was not only unnecessary but also felt discriminatory. We were then seated in a separate room where no other guests were present, and the chairs were still up on the tables. Even after we sat down on a bench, no effort was made to lower the chairs, making me feel unwelcome and as though I was being treated as a second-class citizen.
I ordered the French Toast Breakfast with scrambled eggs, but both were served cold. The French toast was so cold that the butter didn't even melt. Overall, this experience was unprofessional and disheartening, and I would not recommend this location.
