i ordered my food online for pickup, i showed on time and still ended waiting an extra 35 minutes for my food. when i asked the waitress she never went to the kitchen to ask, she just walked around with her phone. when i finally got m food it was stll missing items. worst part its like this almost every time, even with door dash. it suck because this is the only ihop by me. i still dont understand how they took that long, manage to miss items and only had 5 tables to serve in the entire restaurant. point is the staff need to do way better in the kitchen and in their service because the food is what you would accept from Ihop.

I cannot rate the food or service as I did not stay to try it. When we walked in, there was a horrid stench of sewer through the building. There is no way we could eat and smell that. We drove across town to the IHOP on Old Charlotte Pike

I am very concerned about the cleanliness and sanitation of this restaurant, the lobby floors were dirty and unkept and the men's restroom was extremely FILTHY and smelled awful ,and I want try to describe here the condition of the toilet and the sink was very dirty as well, but the final reason we left and won't be returning is that there was Cockroach climbing the wall in our booth. We brought this to the attention of the person that served us but she seemed unconcerned and said she would pass it on to the manager. Given the restaurant's condition, I didn't feel it necessary to pursue the matter further.

While the server herself wasn’t bad and neither was the place over all..the food and cleanliness is the issue, after waiting for my food on lunch break I was brought out pancakes that also included a baby roach. Completely disgusted and disappointed I left gagging before I could even take a picture..So I would not recommend eating here.

We had a bad experience today. Food is good but the service is bad. Waitress' attitude is not nice. She did not give water even after asking. She forgot to bring the order of tresleches pancakes but brought the check. When we asked she said that she already brought pancakes but missed to put sause on it. I have to explain that she didn't even bring those pancakes. Then she realized and said sorry, its not my mistake. When she finally brought them, she did not even give them to me. She just gave them to my kid. Very first time facing this type of experience, very disappointed.
It was the first place we found open after the winter storm that hit Nashville in Jan 2026.

This location had excellent service. The waiter was attentive and checked on us often without over doing so. The food was fresh, hot, and very tasty. The steak was tender too! My guy loved his strawberry waffles. As for the atmosphere, it was very clean besides the food I smelled bleach as soon as we entered..In fact I'd have to say that this is the cleanest IHOP I've ever been in! I was shocked about the overall service. Hands down 5 stars!
