The service was great, the heating was out and it was COLD, and the bathrooms were horrific but the food was good!
Its really sad how they take to go customers not so seriously. Its like to go orders can just be made by throwing random stuff together and calling it a day. I mean look at what I'm supposed to get vs what I got and they didn't even bother to try.

Walked in and noticed how filthy dirty the place was. My wife also thought the place was disgustingly dirty and we left. Never been to a IHOP that was not clean before

They don’t accept change like they a 5 star restaurant and I’ve been going there so long they know my order before I even say it and a time before I got charged for something they said the manager said they have to but when I spoke to the manager she was mad and said that item comes with the meal at no cost.

Service was super awesome, the staff is super kind and accommodating, food was ok, but I wasn't super impressed. It really would be great if they had more staff. Corporations need to up their staffing game. Its really sad how all these businesses are going so downhill because they dont want to spend a little more on staff. Another business going by the wayside. They probably won't be in business next year. Bummer, I kinda like ihop.

Got 2 steak omelets.The inside hash Browns were almost non-existent.The cheesecake pancakes were supposed to come with specialty syrup did not cinnamon pancakes had almost no topping.This order was to go this is one IHOP I will never return to.

seems like they deleted my review but I just wanted to say how visited this IHOP about a year or so ago sometime in June and I ordered an omelette when I went home to eat it. I lived about five minutes of the road when I went home to eat it. There was HAIR as if they dropped it into a faucet or something and then put it onto my plate so when I went back to try to get a refund for it, she said that she could not prove she said that I needed to prove that the hair came from the establishment, but it really did. I noticed something funny when I picked it up and I went to go for a bite and there was a piece of hair and she was the manager. it was very inconsiderate and she didn’t even help the customer. She just said that I was lying about it and her wig was crunchy so I never visited this location since then and I do plan on suing the location on Harding Mall place thank you.

Went there before a family member surgery next morning when we pulled up the cook was out side apologizing saying the servers never showed up and he didn't know how to rub the register so after a few mins I said what if we order online to go he said good idea that would work so we were looking at menus and he came up and said come in and sit down I don't have any servers but since your orders to go I can bring them to a table since it's already paid for and gave us free drinks and did a very good job taking care of us as his customer this guy deserves a raise and promotion as he has the ability to be a great store manager if giving the chance he put his customers before anything and went the extra mile to help out thank you sir
