The food was pretty good. I wish that the biscuit was cut more thirdly.Parking: Was able to find a spot easily.Kid-friendliness: The people there was very nice and able to work with any child. It appears that came their way.Wheelchair accessibility: They had a way for people to get in the door with the wheelchair as well as a parking area for disable people.

Went in to eat today and first of all I just want to say after waiting over an hour for our food to come I bite in my omelette and bite into something hard that I think it’s plastic ( almost looks like a melted acrylic nail or something) after telling one of the servers and showing it to them the told me it was part of the hash browns. I told her it’s plastic I literally bit on it and it’s not hash browns. She looked at me and said no it’s not I’ve had that happen to her and just said it’s hash browns.so I definitely had to stop eating.

Service was horrible. No refills, waited 10 minutes at the table for a greet. Check was presented mid dinner.

Don’t go to this IHOP unless you have three hours to burn. My family and I have been return visitors because the food is usually good. Service and wait times not so much. However today was the worst experience we’ve had to date and we’re done for good. We waited for ten plus minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. Another ten minutes to get seated when there were only four other parties in the whole restaurant. Waiter was very friendly once seated so we were hopeful (the wait staff at this location is typically unfriendly and underwhelming). Waiter took down our orders and repeated them back to us correctly (I wish I had gotten his name but forgot to ask). Food didn’t come out for 45 minutes, and everything was wrong. Only one out of three meals was delivered correctly, and it took three tries and about twenty minutes for the correct food to come out. In the middle of the back and forth, another server came out whose name was Autumn. She immediately tried to blame all of the problems on our waiter who she said was “very new.” However so far he had assisted us completely on his own, which you would expect someone to be with a new team member to train them. Autumn also saw that my father had eaten some of his incorrect food and referred to that as being “a problem,” which is ridiculous, rude, and unprofessional. He ate some of it because A. He was trying to figure out if it was what he ordered (he ordered sausage but they delivered the wrong kind) and B. He was starving because we had been waiting a combined total of 1.5 hours to eat at that point. We repeatedly asked for drink refills during the back and forth of the food being corrected. Drinks were delivered right around the time we finished eating and asked for our check. In talking with the waiter, he told us it was actually his FIRST DAY. He had apparently been thrown onto the floor completely alone, including ringing in orders, which I watched him do by himself as we were close to the register. I think what really happened is he rang the order in wrong, at no fault of his own because it’s not his fault no one was helping him on his first day at a new job. I’d like to be clear that all the waiter said to us was that it was his first day. He didn’t disparage the management for throwing him to the wolves and had a great attitude. I say this because I don’t want him to get in trouble. He was very sweet and I’m sure would have done a perfect job if he had been trained. In conclusion, this location is an absolute dumpster fire and I don’t recommend anyone to waste their time or money there. Also wouldn’t recommend anyone working there unless they want to have a terrible experience.

I gave it a 1 star because that was the lowest available. Stood for 15 minutes waiting to have my name taken. One staff member even told me to just sit down and move from the host station. Many, many tables were empty. Horrid is too nice

Cockroachs! Watched one crawl out of the wall and into my booth . Would not come back which is too bad , the service was good. The food was mediocre. They should just get the roach problem figured out.

Out of the blue I was craving IHOP and went on a whim. I haven't been to an IHOP in years. Myself and only 2 other customers were in there. I came in wanting the Cinna-Stack but they told me they were old of the cinnamon spread. I also heard that they were out of orange/apple juices as well. I kind of wish that I had left when I heard that they were out of the China-Stack as that was what I was wanting but I stayed the course as I went with the classic 2 pancake combo with bacon and hash browns.1. $15 and honestly the quality wasn't great. Pancakes were good but the hash browns weren't great2. Knowing they were out of several things it made me think about what else they were out of as well but I didn't ask as the restaurant wasn't crowded at all.

Dirty glasses and long wait times. Waited 30 minutes for a table. Took another 20 minutes for someone to come and get our drink order, by which time also became our food order. Food took 45 minutes before it came out. Total waiting time of an hour and a half between waiting for tables drink orders and food.
