The service here is horrible I wouldn’t send my worst enemy here the eggs were not cooked through they were running the bacon and sausage was super super greasy, and my kids came home sick throwing up from that greasy meat upsetting their tummies I was only served pancakes and missing the other half of my meal I felt completely uncomfortable at this place me and my family will never go to the ihop on Old Hickory Blvd again!!! 🤢🤮 I wish I would’ve taken a picture of everything so disappointing I just had to get out of there…

I placed an online order. Went to pick up the order, and it was given to a DoorDash driver without any confirmation. The manager refused to remake the food or give me a refund. Very dismissive attitude and didn't seem to care. Do not go to this IHOP. Extremely impolite staff.

Unfortunately, my experience was not good. The staff seemed unwilling to help, and the cashier/host was very rude. We were a group of five, including a baby who could stay in a baby chair, yet they asked me the same questions several times and kept us waiting for a long time. What was most disappointing is that the place was not busy at all, there were very few customers, and still we were never given a table. On top of that, most of the tables were dirty. They definitely need to improve customer service and organization, as it greatly affects the overall experience.

I have tried this IHOP in the past 3 years several many different times, it is the closest one to my house. It doesn't matter if it's been done in , order online delivery , pick up. What time of the day it just really does not matter this IHOP fails to meet the standard of any other IHOP ... Definitely this will be the last time I'll ever try anything more from this restaurant again I'll either go to Mount Juliet or Rivergate, if I'm going to have an IHOP. You have this new seasonal pancake that's supposed to have like make a Cinnamon streusel type of thing that was supposed to have cream cheese on it and all kinds of stuff about of cinnamon in the middle of the pancake. The food was cold and chewy, they deliver a driver took less than 5 minutes 5 minutes to get it here so definitely not an issue to deal with that either.

We were at the front desk waiting to be seated for 10-15 minutes. No one came to check at all. No communication. Horrible place, we walked out and went to eat somewhere else.

Waited 30 minutes for a table when over half of tables were empty. Manager kept apologizing for short and inexperienced staff. Food was barley warm. No silverware. Plastic fork, knive, etc. White toast so hard I could barley bit into it. Was so cold butter would not melt when spread onto toast. Sugar free grape jam all that was available. We are on vacation and this kind of service and food is not acceptable. The owner of this establishment should loose his franchise.
