We were seated and young lady brought our drinks and came back and took our order and after over 30 mins we asked way we haven't received our food she had no response. Seen her on computer don't think she put in our order. After 15 more mins I expressed we have to go charge me for coffee and tea she said don't worry about it. Needless to say we won't go back for a while.

We got out food to go and it wasn't very good. I had New York cheesecake pancakes but there wasn't enough cheese cake or strawberries or syrup or butter it just wasn't very good at all.

We originally were going to go to Golden Corral but when we arrived it was super packed. We left and came across Ihop barely. It's not well lit from the main road nor the back side. We drove past it twice. Wasn't sure if it was open or not because the lack of lighting outside. Once inside we were greeted by Teresa. She was friendly and provided great service. The food was prepared correct and in a reasonable amount of time.

This place used to be great. Like most places these days understaffed and unprepaired for customers or orders for that matter. Kitchen just chatting it up and maybe like two servers not even checking up with people walking in. Obviously no hostes anymore. I placed a pick up order and it asks when on the way and when here on the system and i pressed here 10 min before arrival hoping it could be almost ready. I have to go to work and im waiting 30 min in the lobby for an order i llaces about an hour ago. Its like they dont even act like your order exist until you are there in person demanding it. Absolutely ridiculous. They should just shut down if they can't keep up with business flow.
Consistently good food and service

My partner and I are from out-of-town and decided to stop in for a bite before our trip home. Our waitress, Therese, was an angel! Such a kind, sweet soul with great hospitality. When we left, I accidentally forgot my water bottle and she held on to it for me until I came back. Thank you, Therese!! ❤️
Our server was named Theresa H. The food was amazing and came super fast! The server was really nice and funny! Would definitely recommend.

This IHOP was out of avocados, the main ingredient in a lot of the menu dishes. My Chicken and veggies salad had no avocados, and the chicken was fried hard. The avocado toast my wife wanted, she could not get because they were out of avocados. The tomato basil soup was too thick with a bad flavor. Compared to the Ihop in Mt. Juliet, we were greatly disappointed. The one redeeming quality of our experience was the waiter’s courteous attitude.

One server seemed to be doing a lot of work, but she handled it very well.
Never wrote anything down and got our orders exactly right!
Dietary restrictions: The gluten-free pancakes are very good!
