We walked in 10 people waiting at the reception. Even though more than 50% of the booths were empty. An uber eats drivers cancelled the order because it was taking too long. We waited 15min and left.

The gentleman was extremely upset and swearing about his tips information being moved and the other waitresses was encouraging the behavior. One of the young lady's was talking extremely loud about an upcoming holiday. The environment was very disturbing and I wont everything visit that place again!! The food was ok, not good but just ok. I was very uncomfortable with the whole experience.

The server named Alice did a wonderful job she checked on our drinks continuously and the food came out quick and was hot She must be a manager and if she is not she should be so she can train others on great service

It usually takes a while after arriving for a host to greet you and seat you. Sometimes the food takes extra long to come out - other times food comes out fairly quick. Food portions are normal. I have received dirty mugs and cups before, so I would definitely recommend observing your plates/cups before eating/drinking.

Not sure what type of people works here but I’m visiting from New York and decided to order breakfast for my family. I’m pregnant, have kids and my uber driver has been waiting for 30 minutes there. I called to ask on an estimated time on when the order will be done and my uber driver said that she hears the phone and can see that they’re just ignoring the call. So unprofessional, hire people who actually wants to work and care about their job because this is ridiculously disrespectful and distasteful.

Got my food and there’s missing stuff from my orders I had to contact Uber Eats to get a full refund because I spent 63 dollars, waited two hours just for my whole order to be wrong . Yall need to do better because people are spending their money and expect to get their money’s worth!

Lately this place has been very neglected. On three occasions my Uber orders have been canceled, so ordering delivery is no longer an option.
Today the sign said they would close at 3, but at 1 they wouldn’t let us in because they were already closing.
They should just shut this place down already.

Great breakfast. My grandson wanted IHop. Only problem is no staff. But the staff there we're working there legs off.
It took the meal a few minutes to get there but it was go having conversation with him.

Absolutely, the worst service that I’ve ever had, Waited 20 minutes to even get our drink drinks. The server acted like she did not care will never come back here again. They need to fire the whole crew and hire some people that actually wanna work and take care of their customers. I did not tip, Because the server did not take care of us at all Thanks for nothing IHOP on Bell Road, not to mention, my buddy, I got another orange juice brought to him and the glass was dirty. Had white fingerprints all over it. 10,000% do not recommend this place. I pray for all these people and that they get it together.

We were there Friday. We waited a while to be seated even though the restaurant was fairly empty. Once seated, it took about 30 minutes for the server to even come ask us what we wanted to drink. Mind you he only had 3 table. The food came out cold. I only got half my order since he rang it as a senior meal when that’s not what I requested and I’m far from a senior! We then waited for him to come back so we could get silverware. Had to ask for my other pancake at the end of my meal that I still had not gotten. My husband chose not to tip as this was the worst service we have ever had as a couple out for a meal. It’s the first time we have ever not tipped.

Someone added a tip to the card slip after we left so the server ended up taking $5 from us which we consider to be theft and a crime!!! We would have gone back to complain if we were still in town when we realized the price changed on our bank statement! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

Tuesday 11/25/25 around 1pm ...The service was from the dark skinned girl who had a terrible attitude. She also wiped her nose, rubbed her face, and stuck her hand up her shirt to scratch her back then brought out our terrible food, some overcooked and some undercooked. Her and the girl with red hair were talking bad about customers who left. There were 10+ tables with dirty dishes and we were the only customers. The health rating of 88 should have been the reason we left. The place smells like sewage when you walk in. The waitresses were very slow with the food and so was the cook Roberto. I only know his name because they were very loud and we could hear everything they were saying about the food and customers. We will never be back. I recommend that if anyone sees this review they avoid this place at all cost as well.

Dar Towns Lacy

This is the second time I have ordered food on the IHOP app and when my assistant is there to pick it up it is not ready. According to my assistant the place smells bad, the odor hits you as you walk in the door. Customer service -I believe her name is Augustine is very rude. Curses at my assistant. I order from this location a lot and normally the food is very good. If wait time is an hour then the app needs to reflect that. Since my order was not ready, I did not receive my order nor a refund yet. I filled out the contact form and am waiting to get a response. I guess it's time to find a new breakfast spot.
