The waitress never checked on me. Brought me the wrong food. Used plastic silverware. I will never spend my money with IHOP again.

Okay, the folks working here are super kind. I've been twice and the service is there. The building needs to be maintained and the heat needs to be turned up not only for diners but for the employees who are having to bundle up at work but STILL treat everyone kindly. My first visit, my silverware was dirty. It just was. My second visit, my coffee was served with allot of purple lipstick on the cup. I didn't drink it. I didn't nag the staff bc they are helpful and doing their best. That folks need to owners/management to do their job and support their staff. My food has been good both times, though I did have to put out of mind the condition the kitchen may be in. At any rate, I'm giving give stars bc the food was hot and good and the service was great.

Corporate, did you read my review! The people got five stars. You his need to do a better job taking care of your people. Corporate mindset is bankrupt.

The guy seating people was talking in the back while there was 4 groups of people waiting to be seated (about 5 small groups already seated), they didn't come to seated untill we were walking out. Then they took a long while to get our orders and once they got there we had to ask for silverware to which they gave plastic ones. Aswell as the eggs were raw inside and brown on the outside from having the grill too hot, the pancakes were cold and the butter was frozen. The syrup dispenser was also caked in solidified syrup and looks like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. The only person there that looked like they were even trying to work was the waitress who also had her child there in a corner booth.and although we only got the $7 meal and a burger meal (with $2 eggs comped) it was still totaled $30.Would not recommend going to this Ihop

I'm only giving it 5 stars because of Mr. Manuel. When we arrived, he treated us in a very special and professional manner. To our surprise, he was the only one in the entire restaurant, serving and cooking. I don't know what's going on with IHOP's management for not having more employees, but regardless, Mr. Manuel doesn't leave people hungry.
I wish this country valued mor3 Hispanics like Manuel.

Oh, and I almost forgot, his food is was delicious 😋

It’s not like this review is going to do anything but here goes it anyway.

Good luck getting a table as the host is completely absent from the front.

This ihop is insanely dirty. We gave our kid a booster seat and it was sticky with something. The tables were not wiped properly and the waitress was clearly strung out on something.

I would also avoid bringing children here as the staff seems to think swearing infront of children is appropriate.

I look forward to the automatic response of “We are sorry we are terrible, please let us know what we did wrong so that we can ignore it.”

We waited 15 minutes to be seated and no one sat us. The family waiting before us decided to leave and then shortly after we did as well. We were never greeted or seated. Workers just walked around and looked at the people waiting by the door to be seated.

Visit 12:30pm not many customers but several of the tables were still dirty. Lobby area very warm, dining area very cool. The clean up guy was our host to seat us, after waiting 20 minutes. We had to ask if he could sweep under the table. One waitress had her kids in an area playing and calling for her while she worked, our waitress seemed new not sure of the menu. You could hear other customers talking about their bad experiences as well.

The service was terrible. They left us waiting for our food for 45 minutes and it never arrived. Then they said they'd lost the receipt. I felt it was racist.

I came in this morning and was greeted right away got set with a server named Brianna who was amazing she was happy always smiling and didn’t get frustrated by my difficult order I haven’t always had the best experience at ihop but with her working there I’ll definitely keep coming back

I took 3 of my grandkids and their mother here on an early Saturday evening. The food was good. The waitress was ok at first, then she started rushing us like crazy. She was asking to take plates away when we were still eating. She was on her cell phone telling someone loudly that she had one last table to clean then she was out of there. She also told someone else that very loudly. Then she would come over to our table and ask if we were done yet with anything else. I got frustrated and finally left. I dropped $65 that night but will never go there again.

I would leave zero stars if possible. We waited 45 mins and never received food. This is not about the servers as some of them were trying to do their job but they were short staffed. The manager stayed in his office instead of coming out and supporting his employees and at least run food that was sitting in the window. I walked into the office prior to leaving to let him know he needs to be out there helping his employees not hiding in his office because that is what a manager does. He was on the internet looking at supplies. He seemed to careless. We left. DO NOT VISIT this location.

We ordered through door dash. And last weekend we did the same since we had to go work so we were ordering a quick breakfast. Last weekend we got the chicken hashbrowns and gravy biscuit and it was AMAZING!!! We also ordered the coffee cake pancakes and omg!!!! Sooo good! Well, we ordered the exact same thing this weekend but my husband got another stack of pancakes. Not only did we not get one set of pancakes, this is the coffee cake pancakes that we got…. No where NEAR what we got last weekend that literally looked like the picture. This is missing the other topping and they just look terrible! We reached out to door dash but they only wanted to give 2 dollars back for a TWELVE dollar order of pancakes. My husband thought maybe I ordered the cinnistack pancakes but I checked my order from last weekend and we ordered the same ones both weekends. PLUS, all the hashbrowns were just suppose to be crispy which is possible to do without burning them…. Ours were burnt and it literally ruined the entire meal. It’s just upsetting. This looks terrible, taste terrible, doesn’t have everything in/on it and was expensive for no reason. Do better iHop
