Ordered online and got to the store and was told my order was not made because they didnt have the chicken and then the server just walked off. He did not offer a menu so I could order anything else. He just walked away. It was a first for me.

We visited on a Saturday around 830 PM or so and it was dead inside. No other customers besides us. The server was very nice, attentive and accommodating. Made me a fresh pot of decaf. The kitchen was pretty disorganized- a couple of things came out incorrectly- I paid for ham in my omelet but it was left out. I didn't bother sending it back. My wife ordered blueberry pancakes but they came out as plain pancakes. So she had to wait a little while while her pancakes were re-made.

Net/net, the food, coffee, and service were good. The kitchen was disorganized and not paying attention to details. Cleanliness is also a bit of a concern- our table felt like it had a couple of grease or syrup spots. Not sure why it was quiet, but the very limited staff on duty shows this is likely normal for a Saturday evening. Generally, we were pleased despite the small issues we observed.

Traveling from out of town! Stopped in at 10am for breakfast on a Wednesday as we were passing through.

As we walked in, there was no hostess but a sign stating “wait to be seated.” There was no one in line but us at the time. So we waited for about 10 minutes, as we could see people seated eating. We also engaged with a few people who had eaten as they were leaving.

About 15 minutes had passed, no one still had greeted us but you could see 3 people in the kitchen working and one waitress serving multiple tables, taken orders, clearing tables and closing out tickets with payments.

Around the 20 minute mark, that same waitress said, “I will be with you shortly!” At this point, My husband made an executive decision for us to leave and find breakfast elsewhere. Service was already off to a bad start, as we were leaving a customer who was leaving as she had eaten said, there was only one waitress working. It took them awhile to get their food as well.

Extremely disappointed! I am sure this was a day of misfortune with employees. I think the waitress/hostess should have came to the people waiting to eat and communicated the wait time.

Proceed with caution! If you have waited for 20 minutes or so with no communication from an employee, I recommend you leave.

When trying to order our food. I wanted the crepes told me they were out for crepes. So I switched and did the sirloin tips with mushrooms and broccoli with a side of tres leches pancakes with a side of breakfast potatoes.
Well they brought my pancakes out and it was something about the flavor I’ve had them before it just was not good, and messy. When they brought the steak out she never told me it didn’t have mushrooms so I did not receive them it would have been nice to know before hand. Everything I was wanting they did not have. There was no broccoli so I didn’t get it at all. Overall I took two bites out of the pancake and that was eat. I paid for our meal tiled her $20 and left. I was not satisfied, nor did I want anything to go. We spend around $50 it was not the best.
