Walked in and stood at the "wait to be seated" sign for over 10 minutes and no one acknowledged us. Watched a gentleman who had been waiting before i arrived walk out so I asked another customer sitting in the Lobby if anyone was taking names for tables and was told that no one had. They were not swamped or short staffed, no one was running around like they were overwhelmed.
This was a simple case of poor management...
I decided to leave and take my family somewhere else.

Employees should keep political affiliations to themselves, no matter what side of the isle you're on. I find it hard to believe that IHOP corporate allows their Managers to wear campaign hoodies, but that's what greeted us at the door. The food was decent. Most of it was cold and with staggered, unpredictable arrival. The waitress wouldn't write anything down, so she had to come back to the table and confirm our order twice while she was putting our order in.
I mean.....it's IHOP so nobody should expect a 5 star experience.

We are visiting from WI and we stopped at this ihop for breakfast. The first thing we noticed is the waitress did not have a pad and pen to write our order down. I ordered the strawberry banana French toast. My daughter ordered the make your own omelets and chose about four toppings. The waitress kept repeating it to herself like 5 times at the table and said “I wanna make sure I get your order right”. The whole time I was thinking so why not write it down then. She leaves to put in our order. When our food arrives my French toast was more strawberry glaze than anything. And my daughter’s omelette was made with the wrong ingredients. What made me the most upset about that is they are going to throw away the omelette that was made wrong to remake hers. I don’t know who thinks it’s a good idea to have waitresses take orders without writing it down, but that’s ridiculous. And then the to go containers do not close properly and stay closed. This was a disaster and I hope they change something internally to let waitresses wrote down the orders. So mad about the wasted food. And I should have taken a pic of the French toast but I forgot.

I Only Put one Star Because I Had to.to Write a Review This ihop is the Worse One The Waiter Say They had Nothing in Stock That I Ordered So I Had to Cancel My Order & He said that Jose Said They Had Very little in Stock & They Don't Know How to Make Grit They Made My Mother Feel Bad Cause Out of 2 of Us She's the Only One Got to Eat.&Still Thought They Should get a Tip Talk about Bad Service We Both Agreed 💯 They Should Go Out of Business & Hope They Reap What They Sow and I Don't Want to Here From the Corporation There Sorry 's Just Another Business with Bad & Lazy Workers That They Choose to Hire We Won't Be Eating There Any More Ever Again

I would leave zero stars but can't. Unbelievably slow service. My family and I went to this location on a Sunday at 9:20. First red flag was there was no one in the front lobby to seat us. Second red flag was a young lady with shoulder length hair and kept running her fingers through her hair and serving customers. Unsanitary. We were finally seated and our waiter took our drink order. Third red flag was there was something brown floating in husband's orange juice. The waitress gave us water instead took our order and completely forgot about us. We waited a over an hour to get informed by our waitress that she forgot to put our order in. My son is diabetic and needed food. After waiting an additional 20 mins after bring told we were forgotten about we left. There were numerous families in the restaurant with bigger groups than us and they got seated orders taken and food brought to them and paid and left. We never got refilled on drinks. NOTHING. We left at 11 o'clock. Unbelievable. Worst ever. Crazy thing was that they were no even that full of people. It was a Sunday before church left out. This place has really gone downhill. Use to be the place to go for breakfast.

Daddy next to several dirty tables for roughly an hour while waiting for crappy food. And that was all after waiting an hour to be seated in an empty section of the restaurant. Manager refused to come to our table after being asked twice by my son in law. Several people walked out for the same reasons we did. Will never return to this IHOP again. Y'all should be ashamed.
