I went yesterday and they took my order twice and no one brought me my food. I was waiting for 1 hour since I entered and first they served people who came in after me and my baby was hungry. Terrible service.

NEVER EVER EVER come to the IHOP in Madison. Their customer service is absolutely trash. The general manager that’s at the front seating people writes down the number of people in your party on a piece of paper and hands you a number then gets the order that people came in out of place. We’ve been waiting to be seated for 45 mins. The general manager still tried to seat people that came in after us before us. She needs more training on how to be a general manager and run a restaurant. Many people turned around and went to Waffle House due to poor service here!

Sat for 20 minutes waiting to be seated in a restaurant that had maybe 4 tables taken... We ended up leaving and going somewhere else.
If you are going to order from here, plz do so in person and be sure to check your bag upon leaving lol. They are always forgetting something. Maybe y’all need new Togo specialists? Making sure people’s Togo orders are accurate is just as important as the food y’all serve inside. I see why this place has a lot of one star reviews.

Would have gave it no stars… last experience wasn’t good here. Tried to come again years later, even worse, waited over 10 mins to be acknowledged and seated, no one ever came. The phone was ringing off the hook. We left with no food, no one ever acknowledged us. Pick somewhere else if want to have good service.
