I am the manager at the Courtyard Marriott Vanderbilt! We did a cater here and it was amazing my whole team loved the food and they got us a good price to feed about 30 people. Amazing food amazing service. Definitely recommend these people.

I am surprised to see HALAL food at indo-Chinese restaurant. One of my friends introduced me to this restaurant. We were hesitant to order the food at first but after trying it, now it’s our go to go spot. Mongolian beef is the best dish, it’s sweet and with perfectly texture beef out!!!

Terrible Customer Service at Inchin Bamboo Garden

I’ve been a loyal customer of Inchin Bamboo Garden, dining in and ordering takeout multiple times, but today’s experience was unacceptable. My mother and I arrived at 2:09 PM, well before the posted 2:30 PM closing time, only to be told the restaurant was “closed” for dine-in and that takeout was our only option. When I pointed out the advertised closing time, the staff insisted that at 2:30 sharp, the doors are locked, and everyone must leave. The general manager stood by and smiled while this was said, showing complete disregard for customer service.

After leaving, I called the manager to express my disappointment, and instead of apologizing, she kept defending herself. She even told me that I could have dined in—if I ate and left by 2:30, meaning I had just 20 minutes to eat. If that was an option, why wasn’t it offered when I was there? If 2:30 is the closing time, guests arriving before then should be accommodated properly—not turned away or rushed out. This experience left a bad taste in my mouth, and I won’t be returning.

Found the restaurant on google. Thought it looked promising from the reviews and the pictures. I walked in the place looked low on staff. The waiter almost refused to serve me and turned away people at the door. Because “Private table or event” and mention if you decide to eat you will wait a long time.

He sits me at a table and made me feel like a burden for wanting to order food. He gave me a dirty menu that had food marked out. Rushed me on ordering. However My food actually came out fast.

I ordered veggie rolls, orange chicken and bad fried rice. Trader Joe’s freezer section tasted better than this.

Unfortunately it tasted like it was frozen and then warmed up in a microwave. I ate maybe 2 bites. I was extremely unhappy with how it tasted. I asked nicely to speak with the waiter after I already paid. He brought over a manager and i explained how the food tasted lukewarm and like it was warmed up and im not happy that i paid $40 for it.

She became irritated with me and said they don’t do that and offered to order me something to go and said when I walk out the door with the food it will be lukewarm because of the temperature outside.

I said respectfully no thank you. It might not be microwaved but it’s not good. And I walked out. I ordered McDonald instead. Should’ve known when I sat down the girl in front of me left an entire plate of food and her Takeout boxes on the table.

Sorry to leave the review but that was the worst experience I’ve had in Nashville with a restaurant.

I can’t understand why this place isn’t packed. The food is outstanding. Every plate comes faster than you would expect and prices are fair. It’s the least amount of money we use spent on a night out in Nashville in recent memory. Give them a try and be glad you did.

I've been a regular at Inchin's Bamboo Garden in Nashville, and each visit reaffirms why it's one of my top dining spots. The staff is always welcoming and attentive, making every meal feel special. Their menu offers a delightful fusion of Indian and Chinese cuisines, with the Mongolian beef standing out as a personal favorite. The dish is consistently flavorful, and the portion sizes are generous, providing excellent value. Whether dining in or ordering takeout, Inchin's never disappoints. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable dining experience.

This place is a big disappointment... First off the water is from the sink It tastes horrible very cloudy and sour.. and the service is even worse, never once the day.Come and check on us during our mail just showed up for the bill.. and then it took them almost 30 minutes to get the bill from us, and that's only after I had to literally flag the guy down! And the food was cold, so save your money. Don't go here, go elsewhere. It's not worth the visit.

I don’t recommend the Chinese entrees. We ordered the chicken chili honey and sweet and sour chicken. Not only were the portions incredibly small and outrageously priced (not even enough food for leftovers), but both chicken dishes were sitting in a bowl of sauce. Like 16 ounces of sauce as if it were a soup. I’ve never had sweet and sour chicken served this way. It was so odd and unpleasant. The street noodles were way overcooked and mushy. Vegetable spring rolls were completely flavorless and paired with watery sauces. Service was very slow, distracted, and inattentive. For three entrees, one app, and one cocktail, it was $92 LOL!!!

The food was wonderful, the staff was friendly, educating, helpful, attentive and every other good word you can think of saying. In addition, it was inexpensive to park in the side of the street.
