Took a class with Emil for the first time. The environment was a welcomed difference from yoga classes I've taken before. The music was so much better. The way he taught was very relaxing but challenging. He challenged the class to really push themselves in their yoga practice.
I came from out of town and was staying next door so I came to check them out. Ended up doing a yoga class in such a wonderful space and the juice was delicious. On top of that, the mom and daughter were good vibes, great energy.
I was blessed to have Nielah on my juicing journey for the 4 months I was in Tennessee. I embarked on a lengthy juice cleanse, which would not have been posssible without her. She was truly my juicing guardian Angel.She really went above and beyond for me.I can’t recommend Nielah (and what she’s created) enough. I’m beyond grateful.
