Big disappointment. I lived in P, I know a good steak sandwich and unfortunately this isn’t it. After waiting standing in the cold wind for 25 min. after the texted pickup time, I got a kinda warm mediocre not to my order sandwich. Service was terrible. Then I look at my receipt and was charged $2.00 for a tip! Never again.

First experience was great, food and customer service!! This time, the wrong order was given to me by accident, egg rolls wasn’t fresh, the staff seems much younger and the language amongst them was very disturbing. Because of my first experience, I definitely had my hopes up. The Water Ice was truly the best part of the meal.

Being from South Jersey and about a half hour from Philly, we are well versed with cheese steaks. Been in TN for 8 years and the food down here is mediocre compared to what we are used to back home. Unfortunately, again our expectations were not met. The atmosphere was exceptional. The decor brought back fond memories. The smell of the food cooking reminded me of walking the boardwalk in Wildwood and the music was on point. Service took a long time but to be expected. We only seen 1 person working and he had several orders. I think that's the reason why our food was the way it was. The bread was great! The meat not too much. You could tell it had sat on the grill too long. The ff were half done and salty. We didn't even eat half of the container. I was going to leave 5 stars but my husband didn't like his at all and didn't eat it. We were in the area on business, but if we come back up that way again we will stop in and try again if they aren't busy. I highly suggest getting your cook some help. I think if he wasn't so overwhelmed the food would have been better.
I happened to see this place and vowed to come try it asap and I'm so glad I did!!! I had a Philly Cheesesteak in Philly once many years ago and it was great and today I got to repeat the experience right here in Nashville. The steak was beyond perfect and the roll too!! I am over the moon about this place and I'll be back, A LOT!!! Also, very friendly people here too!! Absolutely 5 Stars from me 🥰

Absolutely delicious sandwiches! This was our first visit here (drive by it all the time but never stopped until now) and I'm really sad that I haven't been here before. The food and service was outstanding and it's the best Philly I've had outside of Philly. Will definitely be returning! The watermelon lemonade is very flavorful too!
