Our Server Niyah was fantastic Smile & Incredible Personality ..made dinner suggestions and picked my wine .. Big Thank you

Our small group of seven had a great time with our server and an absolute divine meal on this last Saturday night. Loved it!

Shout out to Aubrey (sp?) Very patient and sweet. Awesome service on Father's Day despite the reservation issues when we arrived. She made the evening worth it. Request her!!! (Smith Party)

Made it to the West End J Alexander's on our last trip to Nashville and the food did not disappoint. We were able to grab 2 seats at the bar and were introduced to the manager Archie. He made sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend this spot.

I enjoyed the chicken pesto soup and the ahi tuna salad. Everything we ordered was delicious. I also loved the spicy Paloma I drank.

This restaurant is absolutely fabulous. I have been here many times and the food is always delicious. They have many selections of wine. If you're ever in Nashville, I highly recommend

I went for my birthday dinner with my boyfriend and our server Donna i’m pretty sure was her name was an excellent server and the service was amazing! They messed up on my steak two times (which i get it, i work in a restaurant) but they made sure my dinner was the best afterwards! The manager Kay came over there and was super sweet and very professional. The best manager I have had in a restaurant to resolve an issue and she did it in a perfect manner. The steak ended up coming out perfect without me feeling any type of inconvenience for asking it to be remade, they brought me new plates and even a dessert to go! Amazing customer service. Thank you Kay and Donna for taking care of us and making sure I have an excellent birthday dinner (:

Food was amazing, but I had the worst experience with my waiter Marcus who told us that we should’ve specified that we wanted straws upfront, snatched menu out of my hand, and told me I need to figure out what I want before he returns. Per management, his demeanor was a “bit sassy” their form of apology was a free dessert. I suggest requesting a new waiter if you’re seated in Marcus area. Seems like they are aware of his behavior and tolerate it as well. Poor customer service skills at its finest!!

I totally enjoy Sunday ladies at lunch with Sierra and Archie. They are customer focus, receptive. I recommend the kale salad and black bean soup. Kudos to the kitchen staff.

Manager refused to adjust the temperature. It was 63° and everyone was complaining. Had to leave half way through dinner.

Cold appetizer came out with meal - even though requested not to. Croutons were literal salt cubes. Pork was very well done & dry -apricot glaze could not save it. Drinks & dessert were good. Ran out of water and no waitress in sight - restaurant was not busy.
