I visited this location today and was disappointed. West end location is definitely a better location they are polite the menu is a better variety it's like the server instantly gained an attitude and lack of patience didn’t ask my sister what her side food options were . so I left will never visit this location again .

The best service ever without the snobbiness of some higher end restaurants. And food is always high quality and delicious! Paxton and Adrik were the best.

Great local spot. Sometimes smells like poo poo so I took a star but the bartender Rebecca is the best thing this place has going for it. Genuine hospitality and attention to detail makes the experience in a semi poo poo smelling room worth the while. Extrodinary guest managment and couth. If management isnt learning from her they are fools. J. Alexander's PAY THIS WOMAN. Take your paper pushing managers bouns and give it to her. She is doing the work that brings your guests back. Coming from a 22 yr f&b vet

We love everything about this restaurant... the food is ALWAYS great, service is outstanding and the atmosphere is perfect. Some favorites included their Grilled Salmon; Vege Burger; Salad; French Fries; Prime Rib.... and the Carrot Cake is just over the top!!

I ordered a pork chop, expecting a pork chop. What I got were three pork chops, stuck together in an all-together amazing plate. The smashed potatoes were buttery and flavorful, And the broccoli was good dipped in the appercot sauce for the pork chop. The carrot cake is probably mostly butter, but it tastes like heaven. Delicious!

Dietary restrictions: Can make accommodations for many food allergies

Kid-friendliness: The atmosphere is somewhat mature, with a dark, moody feel

Carry out was not ready until 25 minutes after the time I was given for pick up. Food was cold when I got home and it was a 5 minute drive. I won’t order carry out again.

The grilled pork chop was the best I have ever had! Double bone-in, cooked and seasoned superbly. The Mac-and- cheese was excellent. Reservations on the weekend a must.

The clam chowder is not a chowder but closer to a bisque. Food presentation and taste seem to have taken a step backwards. Nothing special.
