Might be the best burger anywhere. Sweet potato fries were crisp and nit greasy. I hit this joint once a week. Parking is limited.

We love Jack Browns for the burgers!!! The food is really amazing and always lives up to expectation. It can get a little loud, but it is a burger joint in Nashville after all. The only downside for us is that the service is never good…every time we have eaten there it has been pretty bad. Like yes, they get our food out in a reasonable amount of time, which might be enough for 5 stars from some people! But not me personally. The waitresses always seem like they feel as if we are an inconvenience to them?? Or like us coming into their establishment is somehow a waste of their time? Believe me, I understand being tired of interacting with people (I myself am a server and I have bad days) but I would never treat my guests the way that we have been treated EVERY SINGLE TIME we come here. I’ve never seen a smile from a server here…I’m really not sure if it’s cause we are young or if it’s cause we are gay??? To be honest I’m not sure WHAT it is but even the people we consistently go with or even new people we have brought there have brought this up and felt the same way. After tonight we decided we won’t be going back. I’ll order for delivery on uber or something cause the food is so good, but I don’t go out to eat to feel like an inconvenience…

It's your typical college type.Hang out area with your I.P.A's food is limited to burgers. In my opinion, it's overpriced and very expensive for what you actually get. My daughter ordered a grilled cheese and it was the size of an uncrustable and was disgusting and dry.

Classic dive bar vibe. Really good food, great beer selection, and friendly service. Don't over think it. Go, eat drink and enjoy.

Update 10/15/25
I love being able to come back and update reviews.
This place has made a lot of changes and has made their way back to my number one burger spot in Nashville. As someone who’s been coming to this location since 2017 I love that everything has fallen back into place ♥️
Usually my favorite burger been coming here since like 2017 but lately the quality of the food has gone down.
It’s either over cooked and tough which makes you feel like it’s not wagyu because it normally melts in your mouth.
I’ve had it before where it was basically pink pink verge of raw
Or over salted.
I blame the fact the cooks are constantly changing which really sucks.
The best to ever do it was the guy back in 2017 the big fella who reminds me of big rob
He was the best to ever grace that grill burgers were as consistent as they have ever been.
Update 3/24/25 this place has gone down hill every time I come here my order is wrong or under cooked or over cooked or missing something. I went from coming twice a week religiously to barely coming once every couple months and still can’t get it right. I usually never complain outside of verbally expressing what was wrong in previous orders to the staff I know and I usually I do so because they tend to be busy normally but tonight they were slow/fairly empty. While the food came out fast it still somehow managed to be incorrect

Truly one of the best burgers in Nashville - if not the best. My go to order is the Greg Brady with a side of cheese fries and it never disappoints. There is sometimes a decent wait to get a table, but I promise you, it’s worth the wait. If you can’t get a table, I recommend sitting at the bar if they have open seats. The staff there is always really friendly and accommodating- the whole place has such a great overall vibe that it’s truly one of the best spots to get a quick bite in Germantown. If you have the room, make sure to also get a fried Oreo for dessert! Cannot recommend this place enough.

The burgers here never disappoint! I came on a Friday night and it was crowded but the vibes were just right. I got the Grady and it put me exactly where i needed to be. Who knew bar B Que chips and Mac and cheese was what I needed on a burger. I also got the Jacked up fries and they were DELICIOUS and fresh! The fried Oreos were the icing on the cake. They come out piping hot! I tried their Carmel Apple blonde cider it was ok. Can’t wait to come back on for their Tuesday specialty burger.

Burgers were quite good. A bit pricey, server seemed to forget us for a minute. Fries were a little dry. But the ambiance was great. I’d try another burger and nix the sides next time. Beers on tap were typical Nashville selections.
