We didn't get to eat. The lobby was closed and there were 5 people messed up and actually taking some sort of substance right there in the parking lot. It was so sad to witness. Something definitely needs to be done about this location.

If I didn't love their tacos so much, I would avoid this place. No indoor dining. And panhandlers are very aggressive. Once when we were in the drive thru lane (stuck between cars so there is no way out), a panhandler came up to the open drivers side window and asked us to get them food. Scared the crap out of us. However our experience on 7.29.22 around the noon hour is what will keep us coming back. We placed a mobile order for a massive amount of tacos. When we arrived, the drive-through lane was very long. My wife walked up to the drive thru window and some very sweet lady gave her our tacos with a pleasant "Here you go baby." She was as sweet as can be, and we avoided probably a 20 to 30 minute wait in line. And... the tacos were fried to perfection, and with nice fresh lettuce topping.

First time in Nashville and my daughter wanted to try jack in the box. So me and my husband got salads, mine was the club - lettuce was brown, chicken was hard, cucumbers were not fresh so I threw whole thing away. My husband had grilled chicken salad and his was fine. My daughter got burger and mini tacos and she liked them. Drive through person was nice . Would not go back

Finally!!! A pleasant experience at a fast food place...it was clean the staff was friendly and the food was fresh and delicious!! Thank you team for being open and making sure my daughter got her one request after finishing her state tournament softball games

Waited in the drive through for over 10mins with 3 cars ahead of me. Eventually every car pulled up to order and drove off with no food. Supposedly 6 vehicles had made orders and they could not take anymore and missed out on 4 orders. This was 9:20pm and they close at 10pm.... worst experience ever. Never have eaten at a Jack in the Box and will never attempt again.

Dine in is closed every week, every time I go there. So in order to get food I have to walk up to the drive through window. I don't understand what the problem is, they must be short staffed. This is also a very ghetto area with weird people hanging around outside. Maybe they should just hire security, and leave the doors open? Idk. It's just embarrassing walking up to the window. They could modify the other side to have a walk up window. I've seen that in Kent WA. Ghetto area, doors closed. Honestly I'm just happy to get food.

They always have the doors locked. Covid paranoia in restaurants has been over for almost a year now....yet this one restaurant, Jack In The Box on Trinity Lane stays closed inside. The drive thru?? Even if you are the only customer, prepare to wait 10 minutes for a single value meal.

Food is good.Just shouldn't have to wait 10 to 15 minutes in a drive thru to get my food.Felt longer than that. Then pulled up to the window i still had to wait

Horrible customer service. Employees are rude for no other reason other than they actually have to take your order and make it. That would be the only reason to start being rude as soon as I begin talking in the speaker. Young boy working the window was just awful and down right sassy. Won't return!

The drive thru was the only purchase option. Sat in the the drive thru for 55 mins and received cold fries. They were also out of dipping sauce for the egg rolls. Terrible service overall. A waste of $22.

Most of the evening/night you can't place an order because they are only working with "online" orders. If you order online, their availability of products isn't accurate.

Literally the people who work here are so pathetic . They cant handle more than a order at a time . Its like they just want to come to work and get paid to just stand around. Like seriously the cook shouldn't even be called a cook because a real cook can handle more than one order at one time. You its called multi tasking. If you want to waste a entire hour waiting to place a order then this is the place for you. Oh and if you want a side of attitude then you'll definitely like this places

Nice restaurant but it's not a place to go in at night. We did drove through but I had to ask to use the bathroom. People hanging around outside. I discovered that the woman who yelled at me when I knocked on one of the stalls, works there. What the!? When I walked out of the bathroom she was being very ugly to the nice guy that let me in to use the bathroom, reminding him that the lobby was closed so how dare he let someone in! Then she was friendly and smiling when we picked up our order at the drive thru window. (?) As for the food, mini tacos were in the bottom under lettuce, sour cream etc that looked like was poured on top. Big mess. Burgers and grilled chicken sandwich were good. They've recently renovated several hotels there so the area is trying to come back but not there yet. Enjoy a stop to eat there during the day.

The food is always hot and fresh that's the only reason it either gets two stars otherwise it would be one because the drive-thru is super super slow and not to mention the 10 homeless people that are always hanging out in front of the place basically junkies just panhandling and doing dope all around there
