I drive an hour to go to this Jack in the box they have always been extra friendly at night the girls tonight/morning (1-4-25 3am)went out of their way to keep this customer happy thank you ladies I will continue to come back and see you guys keep it up food has always been hot and fresh and handed out with a smile

The 1 star rating is for staff laziness, inconsistent shake machine cleaning times, and only serving food the staff deems easy enough to make. I’ve been told no, too many times from this location and it’s ridiculous.
This location is going down hill. Staff refuses to serve shakes during prime business hours. I love JacknBox and I’m very patient and understanding until I see a pattern of laziness. It’s like dealing with McDonald’s broken ice cream machine all over again here.
Over the past month I’ve made a mental note of when to try and avoid the “machine is down / the shake machine is being cleaned” time frame and so far you can’t show up any time from 4pm-1130pm. Doesn’t matter the day.
Verified times that I have personally experienced and been denied items off the menu from this so-called 24 hr service has been 4pm, 6pm, 730-930pm, 10-1130pm.
I once finally got a shake ordered from you guys, around 530pm the sweet lady made me a Choc Oreo shake, but on my fault I left my wallet at home - she said don’t worry, she’ll make me a fresh one when I come back. 30/45 mins later I pull back up and I order my shake again after getting my wallet, a gentleman gets over the microphone and tells me the machine is down. I told him I just left here and that the machine was working just fine, he argued with me how it’s already been cleaned, making me understand he didn’t want to dirty the machine up again and no shakes will be made.
Another waste of time for me was when I couldn’t get the JacknBox Mobile App working, I decided to just drive to the location instead. Pulled up to this location around 11pm, and this staff member said due to short kitchen staff, they are only accepting online orders for the night… so I was SOL. I took my business elsewhere where
There aren’t any managers upholding standards here for the afternoon and graveyard shifts. We got people who don’t want to work and don’t want to cook.
Just came here from Florida. We don’t have a jack in the box out there and was at the window, and Lady was being extremely rude and getting mad at us because we kept saying hello cause no one was answering at the drive-through when we pulled up finally to order she was extremely rude. We asked for tacos. She kept saying there were frozen and never saying nothing else Very hostile and rude people don’t waste your time or money. They probably spitting the food too.

I went through the drive thru and got a number 8 which was so freaking bad. Fries were inedible. The only good part was the chicken sandwich. I also prepaid for some sweet n sour sauces and didn’t receive them after being told they were in the bag. If you can avoid anything to do with this place and go down the street to Burger King or McDonalds.

This place has gone downhill. Went through the drive through and was told they were only doing door dash pickup orders. Then they gave my door dash order to the wrong driver! Get better staff!
