The work here is so rude and bad people, I waited for 1 hour, I came to pick up my order, he told me to get back in line, he asked me to take 1 more hour just because he wanted pleasure, I will never order jack in the box food again

We went through drive through about 2:30am and service was absolutely terrible. First, we waited 25 minutes just to place the order with only 2 cars in front of us. In the midst of letting the worker what we want she kept cutting off and laughing, tone not friendly whatsoever nor did she tell us our complete total.
We were pretty tired just got off of work ourselves I get they may also be tired but again it’s a 24hrs fast food they should expect that. We forgot to add some tacos so we pull up to the window and we asked if we could add tacos and she said no we asked again why she said because food was already ready, it was just a box of like 2-3 tacos we asked one more time why because most restaurants its fine to add more, and she just stares at us with a straight face.
We respectfully said she was lazy end of story. They were laughing while taking our order, didnt even let us know the total and didnt let us add more without reason. Should have also looked at the reviews before going here.

Out of all drinks except diet coke and coke zero. I asked if they have sprite and she said no, that's why I didn't list it. With all attitude. Not a fan of that store. Food is good but service is terrible.
I purchased a ham breakfast jack and it was cooked with a cracked egg and fresh in the best bun. Very nice lady at the drive thru window. Thanks.

I wouldn't suggest dinning here until some changes are made. The dinning room appeared kept. The food was cooked well but poorly put together. The staff was not friendly at all. Customer avoidant, unfriendly, 'im here' kind of mentality. There were personal items in the kitchen. Clocked out employees hanging out in the kitchen and having personal, unprofessional conversations. After we ate, I witnessed an employee preparing food with only one gloved hand. That was worrisome being that we had completed our meal already. A very unfortunate and underwhelming visit....

Pulled in early in the morning to get food it’s the only place open and the staff was extremely rude. Slow to answer the drive through and when they did it was with attitude. I asked if they served burgers all day cause it was so early and they said “it’s on the sign”. Along with having an attitude at the window.

I accompanied a friend inside. I never eat at JIB because all of their food is greasy. When I went in, I immediately had to turn around because the smell of the particular grease this place uses really does a number on me.
