Only gave this restaurant a one because I couldn't go any lower!!!! I wouldn't eat here any if ot was free. They change their hours to whatever they feel like regardless of what the website says

Stopped by going through from Ohio and wow. Was turned away and told they weren't taking inside customers at 1:30 in the afternoon. Told only drive thru. When we explained we were in a big truck we were told to WALK through drive thru. Never tried Jack in the Box and was excited. What a rude disappointment and will never go back!

Jack in the Box is my all time favorite fast food place. If I see one I am hungry. I love the tacos. I need to see some pop up in my area. It would definitely have my business.

I ordered the double jack meal and a chocolate milk shake. Both were good! Drive through service was fast and easy!

Only fast food near my hotel I walked in just for them to tell me lobby ain't open only doing drive thru wouldn't take my order even though it was empty

The lady taking our order , told us they were closed (they still hS 30 minutes before closing), our food was wrong. I ask for ketchup for my fries, was told they were out (but could put it on our burgers that wasn't supposed to have it). I messaged customer service for a manager to call me but here we are 2 months later and no call. So I guess I'll make my experience public!!!

One thing I can always say the ladies on the evening shift seem to care. They didn't have Dr. Pepper but the Root Beer was a great substitute. If you take the Dr. Out of the Pepper you are sure to just have the Pepper. LOL

Couldn't order because apparently they can't keep change in the building so left empty handed then got stuck sitting in drive thru by three cop cars that had a crack head detained in the parking lot. Great first impression. I'll pass.
Don't bother going here if you want some breakfast, I ordered 2 breakfast jacks, she told me they didn't have the stuff to make them. A slice of ham, a slice of cheese, an egg, and a bun. Too tough to order I guess.

Not the worker's fault but only 1 person there to run drive through and cook and prepare orders. No sandwiches could be made since no one there to run grill. Only fryer options. We just left.

Don't go there. They need to close it like all the other Jacks in the Box. They have no drink/ food choices anymore. I'm sure it has something to do with COVID, but it needs to be said upfront and not after you've placed an order.

This place had 1 yes 1 employee cooking running drive through and taking orders. This poor lady had to turn away so man cars in drive through they lost a lot of business because she was all alone and doing everything by herself. This company should be ashamed for expecting a single employee to do everything. Kudos to her but thumbs down to the company.
