First time ever trying Jack-In-The-Box tonight at 11pm. Been wanting to give it a go because of the all day breakfast- came and sampled a bit of everything, burger, chicken wrap, breakfast burrito, the loaded tacos, the egg roll- for such a big order they made everything fresh and still moved fast. The whole assortment came out hot and perfect. Steven on shift at 11pm was awesome, friendly and super helpful. He gave me some good suggestions and went as far as to throw in a spare pack of churros for me to try. Thank you for that treat dude! Everything was better than expected, burger was juicy, but the tacos were the star of the show, my new favorite and I’ll definitely be back to try more breakfast bites and tacos.

We made the mistake by going inside to cool down and drink nice beverages. I asked for milk tea. After 10 mins they said they can't make milk tea. After 5 mins my husband brought me the drink, in a medium or small glass ¾ full the rest icecream and whipped cream. 5 minutes or more, later, my husband and Foster brother finally received there drinks. The lobby had 2 or 3 customers. It was 1pm. I am perturbed because it was only 3 beverages. My husband said the people ordering food got it faster than we did. It was a clean restaurant I just feel the employees need to learn priorities the the supervisor (whomever that was), should delegate effectively. I like Jack in the Box and hope they figure out how to do better.

The drive-through was wrapped waited for at least 10 minutes before I backed out and decided to park to go in. When I went in. There was two gentlemen standing at the counter they said that we could go ahead. They had already ordered. Two ladies looked at us, didn’t greet us didn’t say a word to us. We stood there for another five minutes and then the one lady asked if we were using Card or cash I said card, She then said to go ahead and place my order on the system! However, it was their POS system! I had to have a password to get in and I didn’t know that until the gentleman behind me told me yeah ma’am I’m sorry you have to have her password to get in there. I don’t even know why she told you to do that. I got so upset and embarrassed. I stood there for another two minutes looking at him like what do you expect me to do herethey didn’t even reply. Didn’t look at me. Didn’t respond. I get when you’re busy and you’re shorthanded, but at least be respectful enough to your guest to let them know what’s going on. Don’t just They didn’t even reply. And don’t ask them to order off your POS system with the password!!! Needless to say, I didn’t even get food just left because well I obviously wasn’t important enough to be helped!

The morning crew is AMAZING! last night I went around 8pm and the lady on the headset was VERY VERY RUDE!!! She was trying to rush me to stop ordering saying “ anything else” in a hateful manner, I used to work in fast food and regardless I’d NEVER speak to someone the way she did with me. I just drove off. Her attitude was horrible. I’ll stick to just coming in the mornings.

The folks here are really nice. They had not received their trucks so they let us know what they were waiting on, which was no big deal. The fries were not as hot as I like but my burger was great, soda was great and again, friendly service! Thank you!!

The Jack in the box i went to was in the hermitage area. The tacos were way too salty. I didn't get any sauce with my egg roll. But normally I love Jack in the box food. Sadly, they have closed them all down except three in the Nashville area. I hope they do better in preparing the food so we can keep these open.

Ordered food through the drive thru, the lady working drive through forgot my whole main course and only handed me churros, than charged me for my meal asked me to pull around front. They completely forgot about me and I sat there for 40 minutes even tried calling the store 2x with no answer before pulling back around where they were quick to give me my meal. Literally the absolute worker service I've ever experienced. 10/10 would not eat here again.
