I went on my break from the hospital to grab me some tacos and employee gave me a burger instead. The employee was extremely rude and disrespectful so I politely asked for a refund. It’s been 3 days and I have yet to receive my money back into my account.

Ordered a Mega Box. Took it home. Opened it and it had one large serving of curly fries. 32 chicken tenders and 33 tiny tacos, though the order said before making the purchase 39 tacos, 38 tenders, two large orders of fries and three ranch dips and three avocado lime dips. I guess you really don't get much for 20 dollars these days but this is unacceptable or false advertising. Either way, between this and the over cooked tiny tacos, I would not recommend this store.

What a bad experience, I have previously ordered several times and everything was perfect, but these guys ripped me off with my food that I had ordered through Uber Eats, I ordered an $18 sandwich, it came to a pittance, also a coke zero, I got sparkling water, also a cheesecake that never arrived, two tacos, they were stuck together and dry and they didn't have anything, I will never order from this location again, I absolutely do not recommend it.

The drive through worker was very rude at 3:30 pm today. I was picking some tenders up for my mom. I told the rude lady at first I wanted bbq sauce. Then my mom responded and said ranch, so when the rude lady came back to the window with my food. I told her my mom wanted ranch instead, oh she got a very bad attitude when I asked to switch my sauces. She told me I literally just put all this together, why didn’t you catch me before I got to the window. I only ordered tenders and an egg roll, the sauce is right next to drive through window. Not sure how I was supposed to catch her before she came back to the window, when the window was closed. I literally only seen her when she came back to bring the food.

I was picking up an order and before I even said anything the older lady at the counter, I’m guessing the manager said to me, ‘Yeah I know you’re Uber give me a minute, I’m the only one here!’ It sounded so aggressive

It’s always slow preparing the food. When I’m on break I place my order on mobile app so that it can save me time. Even then, placing my order ahead of time, going to the drive thru to pick up takes up my whole break which is 30 minutes. I’ve been in the drive thru for 20 minutes already and still have a car infront of me right now. I hope they fix this issue. It’s supposed to be fast food. Unfortunately I won’t be eating here again because I’d like to have time to eat and not waste the whole 30 minutes getting the food to not have any time eating it.

I walked in and my cane slipped out from me because the floors are like they've been oiled. I stood at the counter for awhile and watched the girl working the frying side chatting on her phone while working. She is face timing and then she puts the phone under her shirt up on her shoulder. She is on her phone the entire time. Now one of the cooks walks by carrying frozen hamburger patties and he's also on his phone. I saw three different employees wearing open toed shoes, with socks. One of the ladies came up to the counter while I was waiting for my order and said to be careful because the floor was very slippery. It appears that this store could use a change in management.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Rude staff and they aren’t even there or taking orders at 9 pm. I hope this place fails soon so a new business with actual talent can take the place of this skeleton.
