If I could leave 0 starts I would last time I ate here the food was trash so bad I had to throw it away figured I would give it another chance however the girl with the purple hair was very rude before I was even able to order so I don’t think I’ll go back and I’ll take my business elsewhere

I got the jumbo jack Combo. It hit the spot. The service was excellent. Great place to get food any time of the day they're open. The food was hot, fresh and so good.
Been sitting in the drive thru for 20 min because Uber and DoorDash are apparently more important than us. Then, all we get at the window is "oh well."

The person taking our order was great. They were fast. They didn't give us one of our items. I had to go inside to get the item. We loved Jack in the box when we lived in California. This visit did not live up to what I remember. It was ok. Burger was dry and fries were overdone. Milkshake was good.

I don’t know what’s up with the other negative reviews, but our experience was nothing short of great. The employees were nice, the wait for our food was short, the food itself was DELICIOUS and fresh. Would highly recommend this location!

I went thru the drive thru and was greeted by with "what do you want" and then without telling me my total was rudely told to pull up to the window. The young lady would give me her name and it smelled like they had been smoking and the music they was playing was inappropriate.
Pay your workers more or hire someone who doesn’t sound like they’re 5 minutes from ending it all😂 everytime at this location everyone is sooo rude and miserable!

The service was good. I've heard about Jack in the box from my mom. It was a letdown. Somehow, the place looked and smelled like it was built in the 1970s. The atmosphere gave me the heebie-jeebies. The burger was bland, thicker than a McDonald's burger, but tasteless. I'm not impressed. As you can see in the photo, it was so bland that the iceberg was white because they used mostly the bottom part.

I haven't had Jack in the Box for 3 years, and I couldn’t wait to go. The food is still as yummy as I remember, and I will be going back again because there are so many burgers I miss, especially Breakfast Jack's.
The staff was niceish. The place was pretty clean. So yes, we'd go back to this location again.
