In town for business and found Jack's. They didn't disappoint and pretty quick service being lunch time . I got a st Louis rib sandwich 6 bones and a side of 6 wings. Everything was seasond real good . I got sauce on the sides so I could really taste the food.

Stopped by for takeout. Food smelled so good our dog tried to sneak a bite lol. BBQ was tasty and juicy(they got several different sauce options). Greens were good too! Generous portion sizes for a great price :)

This is NOT even close to a decent representation of barbecue or southern cuisine. It’s also quite overpriced for what you think you’re getting so it’s considerably overpriced for what you get. I hate to slam a local business especially one that has been around so long. I’ve been in Nashville since 2003 and this place has never been good. 100% ALL HYPE

The Corn bread and Turnip Greens were amazing! Mac and Cheese and Pork was good but nothing special. The Brisket was tender and fell apart. Just wish it had a bit more flavor. All in all a good bbq joint that everyone should try at least once.
Not the best bbq, but definitely tasty. Dreamland in Montgomery, AL is definitely better.

It is very difficult for me to go through Nashville and not stop at Jack's. Wife and I have been going through there for 20 plus years, and we have yet to be disappointed. We happen to live about 130 miles from Nashville so when the opportunity anytime we are close we will stop by. Of course, the prices have risen but I think anyone will be hard pressed to name something that hasn't. Everything on the menu is spot on from the veggies to the meats. I usually cook my own Bar-B-Q at home and Jack's is the closest to home cooked food.
