Real good BBQ place smack in the heart of downtown Nashville nite life. The brisquet is excellent. BBQ sauce (house version) is OK, you should try the other choices as well.

Worst ribs I've ever had. The server gave me burnt , bone dry and over salted rib tips. They were inedible and went right into the garbage. Shame on them for still serving those pieces to customers at $26.00 a plate. Not well maintained either - bathrooms and dining area.

I had heard from several locals that Jack's was the best place in Nashville for BBQ. I had family visiting from out-of-state and after we toured Nashville for a few hours, we had built up quite the appetite. There were 9 of us together and I thought we might have to wait a while for a table, but I was wrong and we were seated promptly after whisking through the long line. They have plenty of seating upstairs and an outdoor patio to hear the country music from performers nearby. I had the 3-meat combo and it was to die for. Everything was amazingly delicious and my uncles who are die-hard BBQ lovers, gave me two thumbs up for my restaurant pick. Even the unsuspecting-looking cornbread was delicious! Be sure to grab a slice of Pecan Pie if you have room, cause it's well worth it. I highly recommend if you're on the strip and need to replenish your energy or just want to chill on the patio and enjoy the music, without fighting crowds. I will definitely be back!
My friend and I had an excellent lunch at Jack’s on Broadway. I had a beef brisket sandwich and my friend had the pork sandwich. Both were really good. I’d recommend it.
The food looks amazing. And it tasted good. Too bad it was very fast food and we both spent the night on the toilet. The service wasn’t at all as friendly as the review on the wall suggested, any question asked was too much, even though it wasn’t busy at all. No chance we will return here.
