Parking: I wrote a review earlier but I wanted to correct myself on the parking lot because Jalisco is located with other businesses instead of a gas station, my apologies.
Kid-friendliness: It's very kid-friendly, they went above and beyond to show my husband's and my son a lot of respect and kindness, just as much as they did to my husband and myself.
Wheelchair accessibility: It's very wheelchair accessible
We always get a carry out order of the double fajitas of steak, chicken and shrimp, cheese & guacamole dip, and it's always way more then we can eat (4 people), except we gotta order extra wraps, makes for a great lunch for the next day!

Most importantly, the BEST carnitas I've had in Nashville. A large portion, flavorful and juicy...delicious! Complimentary salsa was a little cilantro-heavy for my liking but still nice. Really good choriqueso, didn't have the plastic-like flavor that so many chorizo dishes I've had around here. Decent drink menu. Alberto was attentive, decorations were nice, music a little loud but that's really just nitpicking. Will be coming back to try the fajitas next time. Great meal!

Absolutely great food, service and the environment. Our waiter was on point. I had carnitas and they were so flavorful and tender. The salsa is to die for. I’m from North Carolina so when we come back to Nashville this will be my go to for dinner.

My coworkers and I love to come here after work for lunch. The atmosphere may not be as appealing as other Mexican restaurants, but the food and service make up for it. Their margaritas are the best I've ever had! May I suggest my favorite thing to order: pollo fundido with added grilled vegetables. You won't be disappointed!

Jalisco Mexican restaurant has the worst customer service. We just ate there tonight as we have many times. And have had good and bad experiences but tonight took the cake. Our server was good and we have never seen him in there. When we got our check it had an automatic gratuity charge on it that has never been there before. So we asked when they started that. He told us that he had been told that we complained years ago about something and he felt we needed to pay this fee now. He basically told us he didn't want us there even after he seated and served us. There was another family in there that they kicked out for changing tables. They used to have great customer service but not anymore.
