Great place to grab bite to eat. Great menu and most everything we get there is solid. Appreciate that they have gluten free choices.
Jaspers is a good solid sports bar with what you would expect - mediocre food, lots of tvs, loud. Its best feature is great free parking in a hot part of town.
Not our best experience. Has been a go to for our family in the past. There was an event with many patrons that occupied most of the restaurant and did not allow access to the game room. With 3 young grandsons we would have opted out if we had known this. It resulted in a disrupted and disruptive visit. We had requested bar table seating due to serious back issues. We were seated at a regular table. They were also out of more than half of the beers we requested. Our waiter and the manager were very conciliatory. Service was good but food was slow. Manager gave us free desserts but we would have preferred a discount of some sort. I will not make another reservation online for a party this size (10). In the future I will call the restaurant directly. It will be awhile before we return.
Our server was fantastic and the food was delicious! The game room was also fun for the whole family!
Had brunch with family this weekend. They were out of BISCUITS! At least two of the brunch items involved biscuits. My avocado toast was huge and there was way too much "avocado smash". My teenage kids thought the chicken and waffles were too sweet. The staff was great, and I think it would be a great place for happy hour.
Always fun, great food, fun game room, easy with the kids keeping themselves entertained while the adults had yummy drinks!
Bailey and her team took amazing care of us! She is outstanding professionally handling separate orders and checks for our large group! Food was superb! We will be back!
I would say my experience at Jasper's was average. Nothing went wrong, just nothing special about it. It did bother me that the server didn't clear any of the dirty dishes. When we left, the table was full of dirty dishes which is a pet peeve of mine.
I thought it would be a little better than it was based on the reviews. It was kind of like a diner and I thought it would be more sports bar. The food was average - we had a pizza and a house salad. There was very small amount of chicken on the pizza . The house salad with the white balsamic vinegrette was good. Service was meh. We would not return.
My husband and I ate here with our son and his girlfriend. It was a Sunday afternoon and not very busy at that particular time We sat at a booth in the bar area. Lovely atmosphere, great food and great service. I had the Buffalo chicken Caesar wrap and love that it's grilled and not fried. Also had the sweet potato waffle fries. We also tried the lettuce wraps, grilled chicken sandwich, and turkey club. Everything was delicious. If you're a fan of Brussel sprouts theirs are amazing! Definitely recommend this place!

I was so looking forward to coming back to their aince place in 2024. Total change since then. Menu in 2024 great 2025 not so great. Drink menu in 2024 awesome and 2025 not great. Game room in 2024 was awesome and 2025 not say great. 2024 5 stars and 2025 not so good.
I think I have realized that although the restaurant is owned by two fine dining restaurants (Etc. and Etch) it's a totally different concept and quality. Was disappointed with their restrictions and lack of flexibility for my food restrictions- asked to sub a veggie burger for the smash burger
Although we had reservations & we could see the table was ready, hostess kept re-arranging the silverware & chairs for a good 15” before seating us. Waiter gave us wrong info re: sides w/ our burgers. He didn't refill drinks, check after we got our food (2 other people brought out the food) nothing except come by to see if we wanted the bill. This used to be a really solid place to eat, but I would highly recommend avoiding it now. Food was meh, not really good not terribly bad.
The restaurant was really well decorated and our server was very nice. Overall, the food was pretty meh (very basic). My nephews ordered chicken strips and fries and asked for ketchup and the entire restaurant was out of ketchup. Also, my mom ordered pasta and the pasta was super overdone and mushy.
Always love Jasper's. One of the friendliest staffs at any restaurant. Great atmosphere, warm and inviting with a great menu to boot. And a great happy hour!
