I did not dine on the patio as expected but the seating was fine. The restaurant was quiet and comfortable for two friends getting together to catch up on things. The service was good and the food was good as well. Overall I would dine here again.
Great place to eat with fabulous service! We liked the ambiance and the fact that we could have a conversation without having to shout over a loud, noisy environment.
Great food and service! Not too crowded. Parking is easy and right next to the restaurant. My niece and nephew loved the game room.
Wanted some place close to work with plenty of parking and an atmosphere good for conversation so Jaspers fit the bill. Enjoyed the chicken lettuce wrap
I never leave reviews but i was so disappponted i need to. The service was good but you cannot tell me this is $25. the way it was cooked and served… i wouldn’t even pay $15. Also… parmesan fries? Where’s the parmesan???

We have been twice. The first time the food was all very enjoyable. The second time we were seated in the bar area. The service left a lot to be desired. Our drinks were empty and he didn't come to the table except to bring our food. He was busy in the bar setting it up. The food wasn't nearly as good as the first time. I would say this restaurant is very hit or miss about both quality and service.

My dish was not great. I ordered the biscuit and gravy with eggs and bacon. the eggs I ordered were to be over easy, I received well done, no runny yoke. The biscuits were hard on the outside and there was very little gravy. I did ask for more gravy and they did bring that. The bacon was undercooked but tasty. Everyone else at the table ordered the wrap and they all like that. drink refills were slow, but the Bloody Mary was good. We sat in a booth in the corner and it was very tight and the chair seats were metal and hard. The bench seat had a cushion.

Very good, a little of something for everyone and it's at a great location with free parking for customers.

Called to make sure that we didn’t need a reservation, as it was Valentine’s Day, and we had a party of 4. We were told as long as we arrived before 6:30, we should be fine. We walked 20 mins from our hotel. Arrived and the host said we could not have a table as they were all reserved. He said the employee who answered the phone told us incorrectly. After further questioning, he allowed us to sit at the bar. The nachos were some of the saddest we’ve seen and the cheesecake was far from appetizing. The service was about as crappy as the food. We could have picked anywhere to go in Nashville, we picked Jaspers and it was really a disappointment.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! They sat us down and after waiting for a while hours, being ignored by the staff we had to get up and leave.
They had only one guy working the whole restaurant by himself.
Mind you he passed us, making eye contact and kept ignoring us.

We went just for appetizers. Had the wings and cheese sticks. Wings were absolutely terrible. Hard and dry. Cheese sticks were cold. So many other places in Nashville to go that are better. $40 down the drain.
