They have some of the best ice cream around, the watermelon taffy was phenomenal. The root beer float tasted exactly like the foam on top and the marshmallows were a great addition!

The delightful combination of flavors truly shines. The double dough provided a delightful textural experience that complemented the hot fudge perfectly. It was a truly exceptional treat to enjoy. I'm thrilled to give this a five-star review, because it was simply wonderful. The overall experience was a memorable one.

Great ice cream. Very small portions compared to the price. Why be so greedy Jeni. Charge a lot, give a lot ice cream. Easy.

Good spot for ice cream. Got the darkest chocolate, so good for dark chocolate lovers. And blackberry chip. The waffle cup wasn't worth it but great experience overall. Staff was very helpful and nice. You can try any flavor.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I went to Jeni’s for the first time Sunday 7/12/25 around 8pm and had a horrible experience. I wanted a non diary option which I purchased. But I also wanted a pint to take home. At the register I requested banana pudding and the cashier ( young woman with cowboy boots tattoo on her inner forearm) reached into the display case and placed watermelon on the counter. When I told her that’s not what I requested she said, “oh I didn’t hear you”. So because you “didn’t hear me” you assumed I wanted watermelon. As a Black woman this was uncalled for and unnecessary. Imagine enjoying your off day, ending with a sweet treat… and racism.

Best ice cream in town. Not even a debate. The waffle cones are insane!

Wonderful ice cream with so many flavors. I like that they serve half scoops so you can mix and match more flavor combos. The Scoop Artisan took their time helping me decide based on my input and gave me several sample scoops. The waffle cone is baked fresh in-house so the whole thing is just incredible. I’m glad I don’t live nearby haha

Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams – 5 Stars

Okay, I might be a little biased—but Jeni’s always hits the spot! I love how they rotate their flavor selection while keeping the classics around. Ooey Gooey Butter Cake is my forever go-to, but this time I also tried the seasonal Strawberry and it was chef’s kiss.

I came in close to closing, but the service was still friendly and quick. No crowd this time, which felt like a little treat in itself! Jeni’s is the kind of place that works after a great day, a rough one, or just because. It’s where I meet up with friends or stop by for a casual date night—it’s that reliable.

Oh, and the waffle cone pieces? So good. I wish I was a cone girl because I’d order one every time!
