Went here today and loved all three flavors and the cone. Birthday cake and peanut butter with chocolate flakes were my favorite
Ice cream is delicious here and I love the constantly rotating flavor choices! If the brambleberry crumble ever leaves ill boycott life
So pero so good, I’ll be back for more la próxima vez ☺️, thanks!
Delicious ice cream, however $7.50 for a single scoop of ice cream that barely filled the cup is criminal, even by downtown standards.
The waffle cone taste okay. The watermelon taffy was very sweet. Have your water handy 😅
Jeni’s has hands down the best textured ice cream I’ve ever tried — smooth, rich, and somehow light all at once. And the flavor? Absolutely incredible. We had to come back a second day just to make sure it was as good as we remembered… and it totally was.
Then I read the napkin and it all made sense — they’re serious about the science behind their scoops. These folks aren’t messing around.
If you’re in Nashville, don’t miss it. Worth every bite.
A little too sweet for me but still pretty good!
My grocery only carries limited flavors. So, I ordered some flavors to be shipped. I chose a delivery day that I knew I would be home all day. My delivery has been delayed a day. I don’t care how much dry ice they ship it in, I will most definitely receive melted ice cream as it will have been in transit for at least three days by the time it arrives. On the weekend, when they have no customer service available. From now on, I will stick with the other Ohio ice cream, Graeter’s, when I want ice cream shipped to Virginia. Theirs always arrives early on the day it is expected.
Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams in Nashville is a five-star dessert destination that elevates ice cream to an art form! Tucked into the vibrant 12 South neighborhood, this scoop shop radiates charm with its bright, inviting vibe. Jeni’s delivers bold, creative flavors crafted from high-quality, local ingredients, and every bite feels like a celebration. The Brambleberry Crisp, with its jammy fruit swirl and oat streusel, is pure bliss, while the Gooey Butter Cake is a rich, nostalgic treat that melts in your mouth. I also loved the Darkest Chocolate—intensely fudgy and perfect for chocoholics. The staff’s enthusiasm is infectious; they offer generous samples with genuine smiles, helping you find your perfect flavor. The shop’s commitment to sustainability, from compostable spoons to thoughtfully sourced dairy, adds to the experience. Whether you’re grabbing a cone, a pint, or a signature sundae, the textures and flavors are unmatched. The line moves quickly, even on busy evenings, and the outdoor seating is perfect for soaking in Nashville’s energy. Jeni’s is a must-visit for anyone craving a sweet escape. I’m already dreaming of my next scoop!
I can't recall tasting a better ice-cream. Scoops were a tad small. A must try in downtown Nashville

Delicious ice cream. Tried the Milky Chocolate and Green Mint ice creams which were both splendid. Helpful servers and would definitely come again,
So darn good, holy cow…. It’s hard to find ice cream this good anymore!
very good ice cream (not super sweet) but buttery! Wild lavender flavor and 2 top flavors.. cannot remember what she put on my cup loli
Revisiting those magical first dates with my partner at Jenny's Ice Cream is such an exhilarating journey! Each scoop was a new adventure, filled with laughter and sweet moments that I'll cherish forever!
Great flavors, high quality ice cream. Don’t go expecting huge portions at a decent price. It is expensive and the size is fairly small. Be economical about it and split a $9 between two of you, instead of 2 people getting their own ($7 each) for the same amount of ice cream. That’s free advice - you’re welcome. But the flavors are cool and I LOVE that they have gluten free flavors that usually can’t have (ie cookie butter).
