Jersey Mike’s is by far my favorite sandwich shop, and I rarely leave negative reviews because I understand the impact they can have. That said, I’m genuinely frustrated with how this particular location has been operating recently.
I visit this store several times a month — before, during, and after work — so I’ve had plenty of positive experiences in the past. Unfortunately, the quality and service have noticeably declined. I’ve had repeated issues with sandwich accuracy and overall customer service. Some of the staff seem unhappy or disengaged, and while everyone has personal challenges, the level of unprofessionalism I’ve seen is concerning.
I’m not calling out any individuals by name because that’s not my goal. But I do want to share one example from this morning: I stopped in on my way to work, asked for a giant sub on a specific type of bread, and left with a regular-sized sandwich on the wrong bread. The associate who took my order appeared frustrated and passed the sandwich off to a newer employee who didn’t seem familiar with “Mike’s Way.” With the rush I was in, I didn’t have time to correct everything.
Some team members here come across as unapproachable and even disrespectful toward each other, which creates a noticeable shift in the atmosphere. This used to be a go-to lunch spot for my coworkers and me because the food and service were consistently great. Unfortunately, that’s no longer the case.
I truly hope the staff and leadership at this location can address these issues and return to the standard Jersey Mike’s is known for. I want to come back, but at this point, I don’t see myself returning unless things improve. Wishing the team the best and hoping this feedback helps bring attention to the concerns.

Mickey is an amazing manager, my dumb butt ordered from at her store by mistake while working in Dickson and she kept my recipes and allowed gave me a refund when I made a mistake. When I’m not working her store is the only jersey mikes I go to. Thank you so much again!

Great service and the people are always friendly. The vibe is your standard Jersey Mike's vibe, but the friendliness of the people makes it worth the 11 mile drive from my house (I live in a rural area). The sandwiches are always good, and they've even let me in on an off menu sandwich that I really like. If you're in the mood for a good, quick sub sandwich. You can’t go wrong.
I have ordered here 5 times and not once have they ever gotten a sandwich customization right.

Honestly, one of the worst experiences I have ever had at any restaurant. After waiting thirty minutes for a doordash pickup, I was told that the online system was down and they could not make the order. They wasted thirty minutes of my time
