I met the new manager, Don, and I am very happy to be patronizing this store again.

I eat at Jersey Mikes a lot, and this is probably the most friendly location and one of the best made sandwiches I’ve ever had. The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was very laid back and the food was very fresh.

I love my manager at this Bellevue store. He is always cool and always making sure that you are taking care of! And the sandwiches are pretty good also.

Don was so nice, Tim checked us out and was so pleasant and engaged. When my son made a mess after eating I asked for a broom and John, Don and Tim said “NO MA’AM, you are our guest and we will take care of that”. I had stopped coming to Jersey Mikes bc they were messing up orders but today has me wanting to return! Good job guys!!

Do not go to this location. Has gone down hill with new owners. Got 2/3 orders wrong, without offering any refund. Terrible customer service. Extremely dissapointed.

Need to keep dining room cleaner. EVERY table was dirty, floor was dirty on recent lunch visit.

Sandwich was good, service was fine.

Didn't go for a while, but decided to give them another chance today. Asked for no onions three times. Still got onions. Won't be going back any time soon. Plenty of other sandwich shops

Everybody at the store literally smokes pot and shares it with minors at the back of the store, and they all reek of marijuana, they don't wear gloves when they're cutting up meat and vegetables in the back, and they don't protect against cross-contamination against those two coming in contact with each other. So not only are they discussing but they also commit crimes by sharing marijuana with minors that work there.

I ordered online for a pickup, I arrived 10 minutes after my scheduled pickup time and they hadn’t even started my order yet. Even worse I stood at the pickup counter and didn’t even manage a passing glance from the staff working there to ask about my order etc. I ended up getting my order 30 minutes after the scheduled time and many folks who had not ordered ahead were served before me. Absolutely embarrassing and I won’t be back. No sorry for your wait nothing

Lately (month) seems like the taste of sandwiches have gone downhill hill drastically. I m not sure if it’s the ingredients or the people that prepare it. But I won’t be spending $20 for sandwich any more at this particular location..
