I eat at Jersey Mikes a lot, and this is probably the most friendly location and one of the best made sandwiches I’ve ever had. The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was very laid back and the food was very fresh.
Don was so nice, Tim checked us out and was so pleasant and engaged. When my son made a mess after eating I asked for a broom and John, Don and Tim said “NO MA’AM, you are our guest and we will take care of that”. I had stopped coming to Jersey Mikes bc they were messing up orders but today has me wanting to return! Good job guys!!
I came to comment, “the food was good but the staff was rude” - BUT - then I read some of these comments and feel like this community should be ashamed. Y’all talk about the employees’ looks and call them morons, and from what I can tell, most of your complaints are because you had difficulty reading the menu or “didn’t get enough meat”.A.
