Awesome sandwiches, kaylee is an amazing manager they attended me immediately after i told them i was missing definitely making this spot my main jersey mikes!

Solid experience, employees were very helpful and the food was pretty good.

The food is always tasty and the folks are so kind. If you never leave still feeling hungry! My favs are the roast beef sandwich and the turkey!

After placing an uber eats order that was unfortunately taken by the driver. I contacted the store to see if my ordered had been picked up as the uber drivers kept changing and my order was seemingly not coming. I called the store and the staff was very helpful and told me that the order was picked up a bit ago by a driver but must of been taken as they had uber drivers still coming to pick up the items but the order was already gone. The store helped me get my order and even upgraded my sandwich to a larger size due to the difficulty. I was very pleased as they did not mess up the order but still felt the need to satisfied their customer. I appreciate it greatly and will continue to come to this location for the quick and quality service!

I came in to use my points for a giant sub, as I was walking in, I noticed the counters had lettuce, bread crumbs, pieces of meat all of this on each counter. In front of the trays where you get different items to put on your sub, it looked nasty, bits of everything just scattered around the trays. The meat grinder had meat hanging all around it and all on the floor. It looked like it hasn't been cleaned in awhile. I asked whose the Supervisor here. You can't have this place looking dirty like this. I told him if the Health department came in here, I'm 100%:sure they would issue this place a violation. I took a picture of things but I want post it because the owner will lose customers. All staff needs retraining

This location is hit or miss sometimes. I always order the #55 which comes with extra cheese and almost every time have to ask them to put the extra cheese on the sandwich!! Smh and if you ask did they do it, they will lie so I just ask for 2 slices of cheese on the side to add it myself! It's really annoying.

The food is great. The problem is that they were purchased by a corporate monster less than a month ago and they have already increased prices so a mini sub now cost almost the same as what a normal size sub cost before the acquisition. That means a sub that is probably 5 inches long cost $7.98(mini #8). The price raise immediately after purchasing Jersey Mikes is disgusting. They (more like a sinister IT) did not even take the time to understand the business before deciding that they should raise cost for the consumer. They could have investigated ways to make the company better for the consumer. Raise foot traffic into the store. They could have investigated new flavors, ingredients, meals, soups, drive through, salad options, anything. The only effort the new owner could be bothered to put forth was letting its loyal customers know that the only thing that is important to this machine is your money. Capitalism wrecks yet another good thing.

Good Food, Great personable staff, fast service. The money you give them will just go in a millionaires pocket. Don't give money to a company that doesn't care about you. What's it going to take to make these CEO's realize they are being bad and the only way we can fight for change is to not support bad business.

Ordered a club sub online for delivery. Received a ham sandwich. No bacon, no turkey. It’s also made on white bread, when my order said wheat. Waited over an hour for this.

Didn't even offer the "juice" as I was ordering. The sub was filling. It's great that they have gluten-free bread. It would be a positive review if the bread wasn't super dry and since there is an additional charge the option to make half the sub with regular bread if customers are splitting a giant could have made it better. Just felt overall disappointed.

I don’t know what happened to this location but all good things! I’ve been going here for a couple years now and they’ve always been fine, never any big issues, everyone’s been nice, greeted you when you came in, but sometimes it seemed they were struggling with a bit of a high turn over and it was difficult to have people there regularly that knew what they were doing. A few people have been there as long as I’ve been going, but all of a sudden I come in after not coming for a couple months or so and there’s a bunch of new people, they’re greeting me, very friendly and very engaging, they have a great sense of team work, everything flows very well, when at times it’d seem a little chaotic and unorganized, the entire vibe has changed. It was very refreshing and they actually seem happy to be there working. I hope they are at least. It’s tough out here. But I just wanted to take note that whatever the management has done is really working for them and if it’s just new experienced people, I hope they stick around! Thank you for the great service you’ve produced and your people are doing great at their job.

I have never been to this Jersey Mike’s location until today, and have not been in a while so was confused. The lady helping me was very patient and explained everything to me perfectly! Loved her and my sandwich turned out perfect and was packed! Loved this experience 10/10.
