When I walked in I was ignored. Though, the gentleman behind the counter made eye contact with me. Several minutes later a man came from the back to take my order. He told me I would have to wait because he had an online order to fill. Which was fine by me. The employee who ignored me coughed into his gloves several times and did not think to change them. The work station was filthy. They were going to make my sandwich out of bread that had been sitting by the slicer for God knows how long(by the filth.) Employees weren’t rude just indifferent. I felt like I was putting them out being there. I left empty handed and I’m not going back.

Let me say I absolutely love Jersey Mike’s. This location is by my job so I always go there for lunch. I went there two weeks ago and this lady was making sandwiches for Uber eats and then they got busy, so she ended up going to the cash register So people can pay for their food (with the same gloves that she was making sandwiches with), so when she got done with that, she was coming over to make my sandwich (with the same pair of gloves) instantly, I told her to change her pair of gloves and she did. if I did not ask her she wouldn’t have. She was literally coming over and going to make my sandwich with the same pair of gloves. That’s not the first time I seen something like that over there. I feel bad for the people who is ordering Uber eats because you really don’t know what you’re eating because people touch everything with them nasty gloves, and they don’t wash hands before putting them on.

I worked here for 3days lasted week and felt very uncomfortable with the store manager who likes to stair at employees butts and is the rudested manager I have ever met. The company needs to do something about this ASAP.

I wanted a drink that they sale. i was greeted and when i said i just want a drink the young lady tried to hand me a small cup. i said i wanted the larger one, she replied you will have to pay for it, if you get something other than water. After paying for my drink, it dawned on me she thought i was homeless. i was upset and spoke to the manager who is not a good manager to say the least. I have spoke to everyone on my job and we won’t be coming there any longer.

Stood at the counter for about 10 minutes. Never acknowledge. Was only 2 kids waiting for food. Saw a 2nd person sweeping and took out boxes, she saw me and never acknowledge me. Finally, she came over and with 0 personality asked what I wanted. I only got to say the first sandwich. When I mentioned the 2nd one I wanted, she huffed and turned away probably to roll her eyes. The other woman, I'll assume the manager was on her ear piece talking and eating food that was at a table from pappa John's. Should have gone there instead. The ENTIRE place was disgusting, dirty, unsanitary. I could go on. Health Inspector needs to go here. Took food and went to hotel. When they cooked my food, they didn't clean grill from previous customer who must had steak and onions because I had some of that on my sandwich. Within 10 minute of eating, I had to run to the restroom. I'll never go there again.

Got me a colonoscopy and right after i was like I need two giant subs! Butt seriously I totally was starving and had to get a sandwich. I use to work at this location back in the day. Great spot. I highly recommend this location.
