This is the only Jersey Mike’s I will shop at in Nashville. The store is clean, staff incredibly nice, and my food is ALWAYS correct. I believe the GM is Christian. He has been there many times when I get my sandwich order and is top notch. Funny and great customer service!

Worst experience I’ve had at Jersey mikes. The workplace was dirty, and the employee making my sandwich wasn’t wearing gloves. I had to repeat my order several times because he kept ignoring me, and I wasn’t even greeted when I walked in when I said hello, I was ignored when i said thank you, I was ignored. On top of that, his appearance was unprofessional, with his underwear showing. Very disappointing service. My sandwich was made in an extremely sloppy manner. Will not be back.
The food is made fast. Christian and Erica always greet me by name and know my order. Club supreme is amazing. Great people. Great food. Highly recommend.

Morale seems low here. Worker messed up my order 3 times in front of me. No one cares. Employees look miserable. No greeting when entered. Sad what Jersey mikes has become. With the right staff this place could be thriving.

Strange experience. They seemed overstaffed because there were plenty of workers walking around, but only a couple were actually working. Others were either in the phone or acting like they were doing something. Everyone working seemed sad or mad and nobody was talking to each other, just eye rolls left and right and the lady cutting the meat sighing like she’d been inconvenienced every time someone else came up in line. It was just a weird experience, and I was glad to get my sandwich and leave, even though nobody said a word to me the whole time other than “chips and drink?”
