Have had Jersey Mike's before and always a great sandwich stop. This was quick and prepared well. One of ours was really heavy on the oil but all still tasted great.

I was standing in line waiting to order and I see a worker with a long ponytail almost to her butt making someone’s order at the counter, then she turns her head and her hair went on a whole stack of cheese on the counter. I said “ sorry to point this out but your hair brushed that whole stack of cheese” she just looked at me stunned with her mouth open, looked around didn’t acknowledge me or take any accountability and continued to make the food. I was appalled and disgusted. I walk out because she and the other workers saw no issue in her hair flying around touching peoples food. Definitely not going there anymore.

I order from this location all the time. I am a nurse at the VA hospital. I order for myself, and sometimes the patients, and this location usually does not disappoint but tonight let me know I will have to place my orders from somewhere else. I ordered a sub in a tub that looked more a disaster in a tub , to where is was unrecognizable. The sandwich I ordered I didn’t open due to all the oil and mayonnaise on the outside of the bag. I know that some don’t care about how things look but this was the worst. I would not even give it to my patient. I tried to call back several times and of course they don’t answer the phone. My advice do not order delivery from this location at night. You will be disappointed. I sure won’t again.

Can't believe this place is still in business with how they treat their customers. Ordered via the app and 6 minutes before my food was to be delivered they cancelled my order. Called the store and they said I need to call door dash. Door dash said they couldn't refund the order because it was placed on the app. Called the store back and to ask for my refund and they told me to call back after lunch rush. Are you kidding me? Then the person on the phone hung up on me. So now it's been 2 hours since I placed my order and I have no food and out 20$. You need to re train your staff.

Staff wasn't very welcoming, and the place was dirty. It needs a deep cleaning bad. Trash all on the ground behind the counter, the slicer was covered in meat an cheese, they were prepping sandwiches right on the countertop. Needs

It was clean inside, not packed. The food was just as we ordered and was ready in a good amount of time. I’m not sure who the young lady was that was working( around 1930 on 9/15) but she was so kind and patient, however, she was also the only employee working. She kept on pushing through and made it happen! It sounds silly, but I am so thankful for her willingness to work and feed people that came in!

If I could leave zero stars, I would. Took 45 minutes to make a regular Philly and when I came out bread was so soggy the sandwich fell apart.
It was clean inside, not packed. The food was just as we ordered and was ready in a good amount of time. I’m not sure who the young lady was that was working( around 1930 on 9/15) but she was so kind and patient, however, she was also the only employee working. She kept on pushing through and made it happen! It sounds silly, but I am so thankful for her willingness to work and feed people that came in!

Every time I come to jersey mikes on Elliston place in Nashville they say there system is down the door was open not locked this is NOT the first time and they say the same thing every time there system is down I think they just don't want to do there job

We are beyond furious with this location. We are regular customers as we live across the street. Service and quality is usually more miss than hit, but we usually let it slide because of the convenience. Today was the final straw. We ordered online so our food was already paid for. The restaurant was completely full and we were told there was no bread. No bread? And you're still accepting online orders? We paid for a meal we did not receive with no attempt to make the situation even close to right. I have attached a picture of our "sandwiches".

Ordered a Club sub online on app for pickup and ordered extra bacon. After I was already gone and opened bag there was no bacon at all on sandwhich. Checked receipt to make sure I ordered it right and I did. "Club X Bacon" does not mean leave it off it means add extra. Paid for nothing.
