Counter lady didn't listen well and acted like she didn't want to wait on me. Then the card machine asks how much I wanna tip. Seriously? I came in, ordered at the counter and waited. Why should I tip for that. I'm getting tired of tipping people that get paid a full hourly wage. Servers in sit down restaurants make 1/2 wages. Those are the ones I tip.

I went to pay the lady with splint on her finger was in the phone had to wait and the other people are working and she is on the phone and she needs to count the money back to the customer because I was to give me 18.00 and stood there counting the money and was 5.00 short she gave it to me but if she paid more attention to her job on the register and less time on the phone at lunch time she may make less mistakes.People shouldn't be allowed to have the phone on the clock

NEVER order on the app from this location. They will get it wrong unless you watch them. I had to drive back across town to another Jersey Mikes to get new sandwiches made the right way.

Tainted Roast Beef..I wanted the roast beef and I was told they had to throw all of the Roast Beef away because it was tainted and they had been serving it to customers..I didn't think Jersey Mike's was affected by the meat recalls.. but apparently they threw it away multiple times..Why were they serving it at all?. I now know why I got so sick after eating there previously.. it really sucks I love Jersey Mike's food..
Would be appreciative if you did not bad mouth other businesses in the same build WHEN YOU TOWED the salon guys uhaul. Quit running that mouth i would appreciate it

I did wait longer than expected for my food, and then realized in the car that they gave me the wrong meat (beef instead of chicken), so I went back in to let them know. They immediately started remaking my order for me, and they gave me way more than they needed to ! It was the best customer service Ive received in a long time. They also let me keep the messed up sandwich so they definitely made things right for me. This is a great Jersey Mike’s, everyone was so polite to me and they really care about customer satisfaction, thank you guys so so much !!!
