It's a good sub shop. I ordered a Philly cheese steak, maybe not, the meat was tough but had a good flavor!? I have ordered the more traditional subs and they were really good. So, go the traditional sub route and skip the cheese steak!

Counter lady didn't listen well and acted like she didn't want to wait on me. Then the card machine asks how much I wanna tip. Seriously? I came in, ordered at the counter and waited. Why should I tip for that. I'm getting tired of tipping people that get paid a full hourly wage. Servers in sit down restaurants make 1/2 wages. Those are the ones I tip.

I went to pay the lady with splint on her finger was in the phone had to wait and the other people are working and she is on the phone and she needs to count the money back to the customer because I was to give me 18.00 and stood there counting the money and was 5.00 short she gave it to me but if she paid more attention to her job on the register and less time on the phone at lunch time she may make less mistakes.People shouldn't be allowed to have the phone on the clock
The subs are generic. The cust.service is poor. The value is not with the times.

Tainted Roast Beef..I wanted the roast beef and I was told they had to throw all of the Roast Beef away because it was tainted and they had been serving it to customers..I didn't think Jersey Mike's was affected by the meat recalls.. but apparently they threw it away multiple times..Why were they serving it at all?. I now know why I got so sick after eating there previously.. it really sucks I love Jersey Mike's food..
