Place was busy. We ordered a large cheesesteak sandwich to share and paid for it We sat and waited and waited. Others that came in were waited on, so we suspected something went wrong. It did, they forgot to make our sandwich. We have been to many different Jersey Mike's many times. This was the first time this happened. Prices are way up as most places but losing our order was not good.
