First time at this jersey mikes and will definitely be my last. From the moment we walked in, every employee except the girl at the checkout counter was extremely rude

Caught one of the employees making an online order sandwich with their bare hands… couldn’t believe she wasn’t using her gloves. The other employees were not friendly too. Definitely not coming back here.

Great people here, and they do a great job. Building is always clean and so is their food prep area. My wife and I love eating here and will be eating here until the day comes that we can't.

I asked for my sandwich to be cut into 3 pieces and in a white conatainer with a lid guess they dont read instructions

Zach I think was his name was the only person working his a** off while the ac was out and everyone else sat around doing nothing. the girl that cashed my boyfriend and i out had her airpods in and was on the phone gesturing us to bag our own sandwiches. shout out zach he needs a raise, the 5 stars are for him

I come here a lot and pick up door dash orders and the staff is always nice and the store is always clean 🥪😊

Sorry to say I was extremely disappointed with the portobello and cheese sub. Your photos of that sandwich leads you to believe the mushrooms are nice large slices…Not the case. A mush of finely chopped mushroom and Some cheese. Won’t recommend that for sure.

I went to lunch with my mom today. We decided on Jersey Mikes. I ordered the turkey provolone and asked that they heat it up. The guy looked a little outdone but said he would go back and ask. He went and talked to the kitchen and they said no. I have been to lots of sub places and never once have I been told they can’t heat up my sub. I did not enjoy my lunch at all. My mom agreed it had no flavor. That’s why I will continue going to Firehouse or even Subway where the service and food are way better. Who wants a cold sandwich? Not me. You clearly heat up your cheesesteaks so why can’t you heat up a turkey sandwich. Absolutely unaccaeptable.

Great food with excellent service. Order take out several times a year. Other chains seem to be skimping on food and raising prices. Jersey Mike’s hasn’t changed!

Online orders aren’t worth doing. Sitting here for 15 mins past the scheduled ready time. I could have went through the line three times by now
