I am writing about a beyond horrible experience that franchise owners Shelia Holman and Dan Patel allowed to happen on their behalf. I had made a corporate complaint in January about the last order I ever made with Jersey Mike's and probably will be the last one I ever make. I had placed an online order for a hot sub from your company, and was told to arrive about 20 minutes later. I arrived about 5 minutes after the stated pickup time and they still had not finished the order, and there were actually two other customers also waiting for their delayed orders also when I arrived. After 5-10 minutes I was given my order and drove the 0.8 miles to my home. Upon opening the order, it was ice cold and it was like they hadn't even bothered to try and cook the chicken at all after taking it from the refrigerator. I threw the sandwich away after taking one bite so I didn't get food poisoning from the staff at this location.Immediately, I filed a complaint with Jersey Mike's corporate for this issue within ten minutes of arriving home. One of the two owners, Shelia Holman reached out to me with a phone call. She analyzed the video and my complaint, and decided to offer a free remake of the order at one of her locations at any time, and told me she would inform the locations of my name and information to resolve the issue. I thanked her and accepted the resolution, understanding that sometimes there are staff issues or problems with equipment.Fast-forward to 4 weeks after speaking to her, I called her location as she instructed me on the call and in the text she sent after we spoke. The manager, who also happened to be the one working the day I made the complaint about her staff, answered the phone. I explained that Shelia had told me to call and she got my information, then placed me on hold. When she came back 2 minutes later, she informed me that I only had 14 days to get the remake and that she could not honor it because that was the owners policy. I told her this was crazy when they were already negligent once, now they were not even going to honor their customer resolution to fix the issue????The manager then informed me how she was working the day I had a complaint and that I was lying about the issue and overreacting. Who would go to that much effort for a $9 sandwich? lol. That is why I am now here, I have managed multiple businesses and currently own two myself, this is not how you treat your customers. Especially the ones you actually screwed over by having bad employees, and then you continue to abuse customers trying to give you another chance. I am so disgusted with Jersey Mike's I will make sure everyone I ever meet knows how this company treats its customers.

The food was delicious. The servers were handsomely beautiful. They made that meat on those sandwiches look so goooood. The way they oil it too. Just. Perfect. Highly recommend.

Decided to go to Jersey Mike’s to get a sub to enjoy on my work break. I had never been before and was extremely nervous and hesitate on the process of creating my sub. When I had arrived I was greeted by sandwich artist named “Devin”. “Devin” was a muscular fella with handsome facial features, I felt very welcomed by his presence. I had decided on ordering the giant “Original Italian” from Jersey Mikes. When creating the sandwich I asked for extra oil, vinegar, and mayo. I’m a sloppy guy and I like sloppy sandwich. Devin was very efficient in making my sandwich and made sure it would be the sloppiest of sandwiches. Every time I took a bite I was creamed in the face with a sloppy mixture of oil, vinegar, and mayo. That sloppy concoction, mixed with the meat and veggies of the sandwich made for such a pleasurable experience. I highly recommend this location, as they will guarantee you a sandwich that is made perfect for you! This is the best place to eat in Lebanon without a doubt. Amazing customer service!!!

Came in yesterday to grab three subs. The store was empty, but they were filling a big online order. My group was pretty hungry so I considered going somewhere else that might be faster - but they paused their online pick up so they could help me faster, which I really appreciated. The ordered took more time than they use to since they now slice ever sub to order. I'm not sure I taste the difference in "freshly sliced" compared to pre-sliced - but I appreciated the effort. The subs were all great. A woman behind the counter was training a man, so it was pretty busy for her - but she was amazing! And so friendly, even when the ordered seemed a bit overwhelming. The man working yesterday was also awesome! Even though he was new he was super friendly and took the time to make sure it was all packaged correctly. Great staff! Great portion sizes!

First time in a JMs since high school...and that's a looong time ago...they were MUCH better in quality and quantity than I remember and the service was very good. This location I an vouching for!!!

Had a great experience with Delicia! She definitely knows how to make a great chicken bacon ranch and is one of Greg’s top employees. I spoke with Greg about how there was no bacon on my chicken bacon ranch. I came back the next day after work, and they made it right. Consider me a return client!

The food was good and the service was good as well. The thing we had a problem with was that while we were dining in this girl barges through the door with her stomach hanging out from her shirt. Her whole stomach. She continued to head to the back and begin making subs. It was very difficult to stomach that someone could be employed and stay employed walking in like that. Very disgusting and disappointing. Probably will not be coming back.
