I am a MS native so I don’t experience much racial profiling. I’ve eaten at other jersey mikes but this one particularly has a cashier who just give off horrible energy to my kind. I seen her cash out an elderly white couple and was super happy to do so. Once it came to me, no greeting or anything, just “what did you have?” Yet, when she served more white customers after me she was happy as can be. Yes (if you’re wondering) I didn’t tip. And, I was going to tip just based off her greeting me and she failed to do so. It sucks that this still goes on in 2026. Pick a better job if you don’t want to serve ALL customers. I’d also assume she prepared my sandwich (I’m not sure because I stepped out to move my car) I asked for a hot Italian and add mayo. Got the sandwich with no mayo and barely any lettuce at all. Which I felt, was purposely done. The cook made sure to correct the mistake when I asked. But seriously, do better jersey mikes. -1/10, would recommend this location to any BLACK folk.

Use to be a great location with long standing employees. Last few times I’ve done a pickup my order has wrong toppings & wrong bread. The young girl on register is great. It’s the guys making the sandwiches at night. Just no real care and act annoyed to make a sandwich.

I will be honest, I didn’t purchase a sub this visit but I will the next time - which will be soon. The reason is because of your employee Damon.
I walked in sweaty, a few minutes prior to 8pmCST after a 6mile run (humble brag). I asked if I could possibly fill up my water bottle - which I thought I had filled up more prior to leaving my house. Without hesitation, Damon said, “ok course.” I told him, “I am a proud JMS Shore Points carrier and I will remember this.” Thanks again Damon.

Ordered an online order. They sent me just a sub without anything I ordered. And it had regular bread. I have a gluten allergy and this had me concerned. I asked for corporate number and they said they would refund me and put my name down to get a free sub. I showed up and told them. They made me pay anyways. And treated me suspiciously. Steer clear of this one. The one on murfreesboro pike is far better.

This is the second time I’ve walked out of this shop without my food. I place an online order and show up after 30 min (both times) to find that my food is nowhere near ready. I don’t have another 20 min to wait. Meanwhile someone can walk in off the street and have their sandwich made ahead of mine. This place is not staffed appropriately and they don’t know how to manage the online orders. Avoid at all costs and head to jimmy johns instead.

Just wanted to let the world know that Gavin and Andre provided the perfect Jersey Mike's experience today. When I mentioned that I'm very OCD about my sandwich being cut with a clean knife (I know, I'm annoying), Gavin was very kind when responding that he'd be happy to grab a fresh knife for me. Then Andre proceeded to make the perfect #13. They seemed genuinely happy to help and they have ensured my future business with this particular spot. Thanks so much!

Nippers corner, first time bad experience, sandwich was like someone dipped it in water, lemonade, no taste, this was a take out, if I ate it there they could have it back, paid cash for my drink, cashier even gave back wrong change.

Sandwich was dry which is unusual for this deli. I called manager and he credited our account. I hope they train employees to make sandwich’s the way they always have

Came here for lunch and I was rushed to order or told to get back of the line and I wasn't even at the ordering counter yet. The lady rushed me on my order and wrote it down and then they rushed me to the cash register saying nothing else. I ordered a hot sub and told them exactly what I wanted on it and nothing I told them was applied to the sandwich. Didn't have the peppers, the dressing absolutely nothing I said was correct on this sandwich. When I opened the sandwich it looks like the guy just threw all the stuff in it and smashed it down. This guy did not even remotely care to make this sandwich look good. Very disappointed in my experience and 15 dollars for a sandwich is pricy I can go else where for a better sandwich and experience like the italian shop literally next door. Unsure if I'll be back.

I just finished my philly cheese steak sandwich and it was delicious!! the lady who made my sandwich said her name was jade. the service was amazing and my sandwich was the best i've ever had!

I love Jersey mikes for subs but wont be buying from this location again. The employees barely spoke a word to me. The cheese seemed stale. Im strange and only want salt, pepper, and oil on my sub and was told they had no pepper. Honestly never been to any restaurant that doesnt have pepper. Its a key ingredient. First time at this location and wont ever come back. Paying $15-20 for a sub and got something that was stale and gross. Ended up tossing half of it out.
