Nippers corner, first time bad experience, sandwich was like someone dipped it in water, lemonade, no taste, this was a take out, if I ate it there they could have it back, paid cash for my drink, cashier even gave back wrong change.

Came here for lunch and I was rushed to order or told to get back of the line and I wasn't even at the ordering counter yet. The lady rushed me on my order and wrote it down and then they rushed me to the cash register saying nothing else. I ordered a hot sub and told them exactly what I wanted on it and nothing I told them was applied to the sandwich. Didn't have the peppers, the dressing absolutely nothing I said was correct on this sandwich. When I opened the sandwich it looks like the guy just threw all the stuff in it and smashed it down. This guy did not even remotely care to make this sandwich look good. Very disappointed in my experience and 15 dollars for a sandwich is pricy I can go else where for a better sandwich and experience like the italian shop literally next door. Unsure if I'll be back.

I just finished my philly cheese steak sandwich and it was delicious!! the lady who made my sandwich said her name was jade. the service was amazing and my sandwich was the best i've ever had!

I love Jersey mikes for subs but wont be buying from this location again. The employees barely spoke a word to me. The cheese seemed stale. Im strange and only want salt, pepper, and oil on my sub and was told they had no pepper. Honestly never been to any restaurant that doesnt have pepper. Its a key ingredient. First time at this location and wont ever come back. Paying $15-20 for a sub and got something that was stale and gross. Ended up tossing half of it out.

I recently worked at Jersey Mike's #4025 on Edmondson Pike, and my experience was deeply disappointing. As a former Assistant Manager at this location 20 years ago, I returned part-time to supplement my income while starting a business.
During a conversation with a coworker about how cold it was one morning, I mentioned how tough it is riding an electric bike in that weather. The coworker muttered under his breath, “I don’t have to—I’m not broke.” As someone who is 46 years old, being spoken to like that by a much younger coworker was incredibly disrespectful. While management addressed the issue and assured me it wouldn’t happen again, this same coworker failed to properly close the store the night before my first solo opening shift.
When I arrived to open, the store was in complete disarray—unsanitary and unprepared for business. I documented the issues and shared them in the mandatory WhatsApp group, then began opening as scheduled. Hours later, A manager showed up, I was abruptly told to leave, banned from the property, and informed, “It’s not working out.” No further explanation or opportunity to address concerns was provided.
This franchise lacks professionalism, respect, and accountability. Employees who speak up about valid issues are dismissed, and the overall management culture disregards both staff and customers. I would not recommend this location as a workplace or a place to dine.
Will not be back to this location for sure. One of the employees was great but the other did not even say a word and looked overall just filled with attitude. I was uncomfortable even ordering my sandwich which was made with so little effort. Let’s not even talk about the brown lettuce- thank goodness i ordered in person or I would have had that on my sandwich. Noooo thank you!!! For $10 for a HALF sandwich, I’d expect much better service and quality.

Walked in and the 2 guys were sitting down on their phones. My daughter sat down at the table with my baby and the tables were nasty. They had bread all on the back counter the bar with the condiments for the sandwiches was a mess. My bread was hard. I won’t go back to this location
