This store is only about a mile from our house, however we cannot continue to use it. The last five times we have ordered, they insist on putting mayonnaise on every sandwich, even if we specifically click the no mayo option. Sometimes the put mayo on sandwiches where it's not even listed as an option. This time I clicked the no mayo button on two of the sandwiches and added "no mayo" in the special instructions. It made no difference. This is the worst Jersey Mike's in Nashville. Will probably use different chain from now on. Very disappointing.

When we walked in there were employees on cell phones behind the counter cooking with the phones in their hands,one employee was on the phone just leaned up against the wall,the. Place behind the counter ware food is prepared just nasty,finally the young lady ask us,after she finished wat she was doing on her phone are you here for a pick up,no we replied then she ask what can I get you,I replied first WASH YOUR HANDS she replied oh I'm not fixing the order, I'm just taking it. Still wash your hands,I refuse to eat there ,but my granddaughter did,so after re doing her sandwiche we sat down, and she ate

Ordered a blt for delivery with all regular fixings. Bacon, lettuce, and tomato. Tell me why they gave me a bacon and bread sandwich. Went in to the store the next day to get another sandwich and they didn’t even have bread prepped. Horribly managed store, shame shame shame

I work near Metro Center and this sando shop is always poppin’ off at lunch.
The staff is super customer service focused. While there can sometimes be a wait for my order, the employees are vigilant to check on your place in line and at least keep you informed.
Food is made fresh in front of you. Everything has always been right on my order even when I pickup from online.
