This is the slowest Jersey Mike in Nashville DO NOT GO HERE. Ordered my food online at 11:50am order should have been ready at 12:24pm. Got to the store around 12:35pm didn’t leave the store until 12:50pm. Employees were also rude, they sat back and laughed at all the waiting customers telling us that we should sit down. She was being sarcastic. Will Never return. This happened on 1/21/2026.

This review is long overdue.
I stopped by the Jersey Mike’s in the MetroCenter area on December 23rd, and the experience was genuinely exceptional from start to finish. The service that day was phenomenal—welcoming, efficient, and noticeably positive. Nikki made my sandwich, and without exaggeration, it was the best sub I’ve had from this location since moving to the area. Everything was fresh, perfectly balanced, and made with real care and attention to detail.
What stood out just as much as the food was the atmosphere. You could tell there has been a positive shift in the team dynamic. The staff worked seamlessly together, communicated well, and created an environment that felt upbeat and supportive rather than rushed or transactional. That kind of energy makes a difference, and it absolutely showed.
Fast forward to just a couple of days ago—I stopped in again and, by chance, Nikki made my sub once more. And once again, it was outstanding. So good, in fact, that halfway through eating it I was genuinely disappointed I hadn’t ordered a whole instead of a half. That’s always the true test.
Consistency, quality, and great service are hard to come by, but this location clearly delivers all three. 10 out of 10—from the food to the service to the team culture. I’ll absolutely continue coming back, and I hope Nikki and the rest of the team get the recognition they deserve.

Do not support this location. Unfortunately there are kind employees working the store being overshadowed by a rude and incompetent manager who snatches orders out of peoples hands. They also take longer than any other sub place around to make a sandwich. I waited 35 minutes from my uber eats pick-up for the order. The young lady was nice and patient while I was attempting to exit the uber eats help app (I was letting them know the food wasn’t ready and trying to get a refund). But the male manager was like no, and snatched it from
My hands in front of a dozen customers and employees who all were appalled. Yeah wont be going back until they get new management

No matter how busy they are. Someone will always greet you. This is the best JM in the city always fresh and done in a reasonable time plus a great atmosphere

You need to go ahead and hire a whole new crew. They are all lazy. I come in to order my food, you have two of the employees sitting at a table watching one guy behind the counter do all the work. You false advertise on the zillions gift card. So if you have a zillions gift card it won’t work there.

My favorite Jersey Mike’s to visit! The woman making my sandwiches today was great! It was good to see someone actually having a little fun while working and singing along with the Golden Girls theme song when it came on. Sandwiches were perfect! I try to come here every time I’m in town.

I’m visiting 12/18 at 6:12pm and a woman named Elissia (excuse my misspelling) took me and my boyfriend’s order. We were both in line saying we had never been to a Jersey Mikes and were excited to try it. But when Elissia took our order she was quiet and mumbled each question she asked about how I want my sub, I tried to listen attentively but had to ask her to repeat herself several times, to which she acted inconvenienced. And then continued on to mumble the next question. I feel bad for her, she seems miserable, but don’t make your customers miserable with you. After a couple questions about my sub, she said “would you like anything else?” I said “yes please, a bag of chips.” She replied “on your SANDWICH.” I thought to myself, wow, she CAN enunciate. I did not realize the next employee working the register would be the one to ask if we wanted any sides and drinks, but I was met with an attitude when answering a question I was asked. It’s just unfortunate that one employee can ruin it for you.

Understand the only reason I’m leaving 3 stars and not 5 is because of the situation I’m about to describe and not because of previous times being here.
I eat here regularly because I love it that much. This was my first job nearly 20 years ago and it was good then it went down. Now over the last year it has really improved so I’ve been there more often, since I live right down the road. It’s cleaner on the inside, doesn’t smell like mildew around the drink machine, the people are more attentive and the service & quality of the food is 1000 x’s better than it used to be. I stand by that. However Friday night I went in to get my regular sandwich and walked in looking up at the menu, when I looked at the individual standing at the slicer they had their finger in their nose fiddling w/ their nose ring. Like not on the outside just touching it. NO!!! All inside his nostrils situating it. It was so disgusting. I made eye contact w/ them and they gave me this awful look like I was the asshole for making the face I did. You’re standing over and around exposed food and meat w/ your fingers in your nose then continue to touch things. This just wasn’t right to me. I thought maybe once I mention what I want someone else will make it. NOPE! And the worst part was they walked away for a minute came back never washed their hands or put on gloves. I just turned and left and went to the Rivergate restaurant.

Wanna give a shoutout to the Jersey Mike’s on Rosa Parks. The entire staff was great. I came to pick up delivery orders and decided to order my usually sandwich. I’ve had my order messed up many times at different locations, but Nicki hooked me all the way up. I w Old definitely recommend as I’ll be returning in the future for sure.
