No soap in men’s room or any hand sanitizer in the entire store. Worker said they took it out of the men’s room so they would have some in the kitchen ! Covid, Flu and RSV at highest levels, absolutely unbelievable.

Worst customer service of my life. Had two little kids working that couldn't stop talking long enough to get anything done. Took 20 minutes just to get my sub because they were standing in the corner laughing and kept apologizing and saying they were understaffed. It had nothing to do with the staff they just wouldn't work. They literally spent the entire time laughing and talking to each other while the line continued to get longer. My mind is blown at how little they cared.

I’ve been going here for years. I always get a giant sub and an ice water. Today I was told that they now charge 2.29 for a water cup. I find that ridiculous and I won’t be back.

Staff were outstanding and positive. Very busy when we arrived. They did a great job of getting us through.Mayo seemed a bit aged/dried out. Lettuce had obvious brown/oxidized areas. Sandwihlch was bathed in vinegar (which I was ok with, but other patrons may not appreciate. Not the standard we are used to with JM, but good enough in a rush.

Not a great experience at this Jersey Mike’s. Manager on her cell phone while I’m standing at the counter for two minutes with no one to ring me up. Employee making my sandwich and everyone else’s was sweating so profusely that it was dripping off his forehead and onto the work surface. Manager-get off your damn phone and do your job of making sure your employees are doing their job properly. If somebody preparing the food is sweating that much, give them a break so they can relieve themselves for a minute. Will not go back to this Jersey Mike’s.

I ordered two sandwiches for pick up and went directly to the store. It was taking a while (obviously I came in immediately), but slowly everyone waiting for pickup got their sandwiches, and I had been standing there for 45 minutes. When I asked the kind woman at the counter where my order was, the pickup lady interrupted her and yelled that she was making it. I get it, I saw crowds of people coming in for pickup, and that’s stressful. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and continued waiting. She did finally give me my sandwiches, but not before giving me a snide remark about how the problem is my bread is gluten free and inconvenient to make. If I was gluten free for a diet, maybe this wouldn’t have been as rude. I was pumped to see a sandwich chain use gluten free bread, BECAUSE I am unable to have gluten. Makes me a bit sad that they hired someone who is anti-dietary restrictions? As long as she works there, I will not go back to Jersey Mikes.Also, parking sucks but that isn't their fault.
