NEED REFUND!! I ordered my pizza online and when I went to go inside and get my pizza I saw that the worker was touching my pizza to put it in the box.. it was already cooked and done too so I don’t understand why he couldn’t use gloves are any item to lift it up with instead… I lost my appetite because his hands touched everywhere and I saw it myself, I didn’t even eat my pizza I went to go get something else for dinner. I also didn’t say anything when I saw it because I was nervous to say something and don’t want to get into a argument or something similar just from my opinion on this.. not sure if it’s normal but it doesn’t seem right people could react in the wrong way if they get offended or feel wrong but I believe it’s not allowed to touch a pizza with BARE hands after it’s been cooked and the germs came off just to put germs on it agian

Used the phone bot and ordered the bbq chicken pizza August 16th. I requested they go light with the bbq sauce and my family couldn't eat it because there was entirely too much sauce on the pizza. This was a waste of my money.

To the old dude with the gray beard that was working tonight, you suck man! The order already took an hour to cook. I come in and tell you I’ll be right here waiting for it and you just failed to tell me and I wait there for another 20 minutes plain as day on the bench just for it to be sitting in the hot case.

Used to be good. With this owner, it’s been up and down. I tried for two weeks to order, and on the first week, before the 4th of July, the woman who answered the phone made it clear to me she didn’t want to take my order, even REFUSED to take my order. The next week, I called again, and was told that they still hadn’t gotten their truck in, and still didn’t have the ingredients to complete my order (this after they had already taken my order). They quoted me a price that was WAY above what I normally pay. Once when I called, I was even told that cheese counted as a topping! I had to call the Nipper’s Corner location. Surprise! They’re always ready for an order AND, somehow, they have the same thing cheaper, and are only about 10-15 minutes away (highly recommend!). Thankfully, a new location is opening near Blur Hole rd in September. To be fair, this location has actually been good SOME of the time. Sadly, inconsistent at best. It’s a shame, because Jet’s Pizza is the best!

Paid extra for extra bold and regular pepperoni. This is what I received. 10 total pepperoni. Same thing happened a few weeks ago and I figured it was just a bad day. Apparently not. If you are going to order pizza. Do it from somewhere else or at least a different Jets location. I order pizza from Jets often other locations and this is not the norm. I guess they are pinching pennies at this one.

We order from Jets quite a bit. The store is always clean, staff always professional, and food is always delicious! The few times we had an issue, it was quickly resolved by management. The food is always fresh and made with care. Worth the money! Best pizza place in town Thank you Jets!!!

Dale & Sarah, the new owners of Jets are absolutely amazing. My husband and I picked up our order and was met with the most pleasant couple ever. They gave us our discount after the phone order failed to understand me and Sarah still honored the 15% off regular menu priced pizzas. Food was hot and delicious we love the new owners and look forward to going back again and again like we have for yrs. Thanks Dale & Sarah 😊

My workplace did a huge order with Jets as normal because it is amazing pizza!!! The order was made 04/18/25. We realized we lost our receipt and our future luncheons were in jeopardy (lol) But to our rescue comes Dale and he went the extra mile for me and found our receipt and saved my coworkers and I from losing our pizza 🍕 lunches...thank Dale your our hero!!!!!!

I have been going to Jet's pizza on Murfreesboro Road in Antioch TN for sometimes now. I tell you what. Everytime I go in there. The Staff is very polite. They are always wiping down everything and cleaning. It looks good. And the food is prepared when ordered. It is nice and hot 🔥

I went to the store in person. Told them what I would like several times. Got the pizza home and they still did not get it right. I guess I'm not going get a good pizza from this place. Very disappointing. Waited a year to go back and still I have not learned my lesson.
