First time ordering from Jet's and over all their pizza's are good. The buffalo ranch pizza was missing a little something but good. Detroit deep dish all meaty was delicious! I have to say Management tonight was top notch! Thank you for the great customer service and taking care of the issue. She went above and beyond!!

OK, website and “JetBot” both suck and texting orders no longer works BUT pizza is great. Then after calling in order for delivery (at closing time and to a store we don’t normally use but it was the only one open) Justin accepted the order. Door Dash didn’t show up so after he closed the store, he delivered it personally. I had already given up and gone to bed but was delighted when he showed up. Later noticed I missed the text he had sent to update me on the situation. Exceptional service, Justin was very apologetic and respectful. Pizza was great and still hot.

Rude service. And I watched the cook while her pants were below her butt with her boxers hanging out. Not wearing gloves, touch a pizza and then was rude to me when I mentioned something to her. I also asked her name. She said I didn't need to know that this was at 10:45 PM on Friday, May 9th. disgusting will not get food here ever again When I told her that I watched her do this , she told me to leave the store as if I was the one at fault

I came from out of town and I was highly disappointed in this pizza. I know the south is really not known for pizza, but man, this pizza was really bad. It's almost like it's frozen pizza you get from the grocery store. The bottom is greasier than the top. So super greasy and no flavor.

High school kids coming in and talking loudly disturbing other customers that have paid good money to eat here. The staff really should have squashed that. If we wanted to eat in thug land, we would've stayed in memphis. Food was good though

We have Jets pizza tradition every Sunday (started in 2021 in Indianapolis). The Green Hills location is always delicious, quick with our order, and have never messed up (unlike other locations that consistently messed up by forgetting a ranch bottle or the pepperoni on our pizza…)
Usually delivery, but some times takeout to take advantage of the promos we receive from the Green Hills location. I also buy Jets pizza for my work accounts that I visit and they love it.
Highly recommend trying Jets from this location and I promise you won’t be disappointed.
