The VAST majority of "pizza" in Nashville is thin, cardboard type pizza. I'm not sure how they get away with calling it pizza!Even the national chains have questionable "pizza" here.Jet's on the other hand, has actual pizza with actual dough.Is it the best pizza ever? Nope.(Ironically enough, the best pizza I have ever had was a deep dish in NYC.)But at least it looks like pizza, tastes like pizza and fills you up like pizza.Oh... The sides are pretty good as well.

Great Pizza very good service. I would rather by at this location than the one in Mt. Juliet. I recommend the Detroit Style Aloha BBQ Pizza.

The Asian who works in the place is too rude and treats the people who come badly. Don't return to that place again. I saw how he prepared his gloves and treated several clients badly in front of me ?

***Warning Don’t Order Food From This Place. The pizza was good. The man who answered the phone was extremely rude. His introduction was dry, and didn’t want to answer my questions. This man is going to ruin your business by not providing great customer service. I will not be ordering from there again! You should know who the employee is because I’m sure he’s had plenty of complaints!

Jet's have always been a favorite, especially the BBQ Chicken pizza. This was the first time we ordered from this location. We were disappointed. The pizza was burned, the sauce was not Sweet Baby Ray's, very little chicken and cheese. We will not order from this location again.

I visited Jet's Pizza on the evening of 10/8/2023 and was astounded by the impeccable service provided by the just one gentleman managing the entire shop! He gracefully juggled numerous tasks, from crafting pizzas to managing the register, all while maintaining a friendly demeanor and genuine concern for each customer. He transparently informed me of a slight delay (3 minutes) with my order - a gesture of honesty I truly appreciated.Upon returning home, the pizza lived up to Jet's consistent high-quality standards, making my dining experience truly outstanding. A big shoutout to the lone warrior at Jet’s Pizza for ensuring a top-notch experience for all, your professional and caring manner is genuinely appreciated!

Picked up a pizza last night. Just wanted to say I appreciated the nice greeting by the guy running the till, I was updated on the progress of my order from another guy from the kitchen as I waited, and just the attitude at the store was great. (The food was good as always.)

Very great pizza. The cheese was terrific. Had the NY style All Meaty and a pepperoni. One of the best pizza n a while from assorted places. Might not order the All Meaty on NY style again. A bit too much moist for so thin of crust. Justin very energetically handled the customer interfacing. Watched him deal with a mistake in a very great way, not just offering one item but a choice of items as a peace offering even when I could not see that the customer was upset. Great work in getting in front of an issue.
