The people are cool on the phone. The text bot tho, that ho needs to be upgraded with a tracking feature because helicopter customers like me need a hit of data every 30 min to feel good the first time we order. Pizza was good. Not much left. :)

If I could leave no starts at all I would do just that. I must express my strong discontent regarding my recent experience at this establishment, which has led me to decide against future orders from this location. The conduct of the staff, including the general manager Nicholas, was not only unsatisfactory but also unprofessional and very unsanitary. Despite having frequented this location on numerous occasions without issue, the service I received today was unprecedented.
Of the six staff members present, four exhibited negative attitudes, which appeared to stem from my legitimate concerns regarding hygiene practices. I observed practices that were quite alarming, including hair and clothing coming into contact with food, as well as the absence of gloves during food handling. Given these circumstances, I will ensure that neither I nor the organization I represent will place any orders with this establishment in the future.

Placed an order by text and was told 20 minutes. Went in and paid while waiting. My partner (EMS crew) orders something. 30 minutes later his came out, and when I asked about mine it wasn’t even started yet. Several other customers started in on where their’s were, and it turned out there were about ten orders sitting in line waiting for prep, some longer than mine. Their excuse was they were short staffed. Then why did my partner’s (ordered later) make it out but no one before him did? The entire staff appeared to be hiding in the back, and the one who appeared to be in charge was so high I’m surprised he was standing. My family orders Jet’s in Franklin regularly. THEY are awesome. This location is garbage. If you throw your money in a trashcan the result will be the same as ordering at this location.
